Not very loud looks nice like the 40 year one but not very loud

I installed this doorbell in minutes. It is an exact replacement for the doorbell that was in the house when we purchase it. I am very happy with the cost, quick delivery, instructions, and ease of installation. Well done!

Came in a timely manner, easy to install and works great.

Looks pretty good and was easy to install. Although the chime is audible, it is not very loud. There is no volume control. It could be louder but still not a bad purchase.

I purchased this to replace the original system that was installed over 26 years ago. It was easy to install, it took about 10 minutes, it’s loud enough to hear throughout our one story home. It’s a simple two tone chime and works great for our home.

Rear door chime is not a single tone as expected.

A perfectly satisfactory replacement for my original doorbell. Ding-dong for front door and just ding for the back door.

I love my new doorbell chime. It is almost an exact match to my front door and woodwork.

This was a replacement for the original one that was installed when the house was built bu did not work with my Logitech doorbell. I installed this one vertically in just a few minutes and it works well.

Sounds so much better than those cheap wireless doorbells.

Didn’t have a drill, in this order only a door bell.

After we finished installing the doorbell we tested it. The back bells dings nicely. The front bell dings and then goes clunk. Looked at it again and all was done correctly. Instructions say not to return to the store, but contact the company. Person I spoke to had us ring the bell so she could hear the sound. She then said they would send another unit in 3 to 5 days. Few days later a package came with a totally different bell which would not work where the bell is located. I called the company again and was informed that this product that was sold to us hasn't been made for 6 years and they no longer carried it. So we have kept it. I am not going to take it down, back to Home Depot, reorder it and possibly have the same problem. In addition, the bell we purchased came to $51.97 and the bell they sent sells for $24.97. Only redeeming factor is the fact that it's only a doorbell and not a major purchase.

Works as advertised, looks great

This item is no longer being produced my the Manufacture. So be careful when you’re buying because they can send replacements parts.

The product arrived with a mfg. defect, one of the tone producing bars was mounted with defective parts. Needless to say I was disappointed, which is reflected in my quality ratings. I contacted the company and within a couple of emails over the span of about 2 hours, they agreed to ship out a replacement. That kind of service you don't see very often. If the replacement is good, it is a good value. The rest of the product works well, it is easy to install and plenty loud enough to hear throughout the house. I will check back in when the replacement arrives.
