We have a tiled walk in shower, and the time had come for us (due to getting older) to have grab bars installed. I didn't want the sterile and institutional looking stainless steel ones, so I chose these instead. We hired someone to install them into the tile, and we are very pleased with them so far!!!

Great Grab Bar
We had a repairman to install, but it appeared to be no problem. He installed in tile using a tile bit.

Good but pricey
Product was high quality, but was expensive when compared to the same product in satin stainless steel.

Exactly what I needed.
Planning an update of the bathroom, it was a no brainer to add safety grab bars to the bath/shower. Looked all over and couldn't find what we wanted. We went on line and Home Depot had the answer. Reasonably priced, arrived quickly and are very secure. Just we we needed.
Thank you.

The product was a second choice since size we wanted was on backorder for months
Unfortunately, one of the grab bars came in dented and scratched. Since I am the decorator and ordered these for her and had them shipped directly to her, I didn't know of the defect until I visited the job site and she showed me the installed item. It was then too late to take down, return and reorder. Obviously, there was no quality control done at your end.

Nice product, good quality
Why was it not in store inventory instead of having to order?

Extremely sturdy but has a utilitarian look.
I got it in white and it has a very clean look but it doesn't fade into the background of the white subway tile like I would have preferred. An excellent grab bar for the money though. Very durable and can handle lots of weight if installed properly. My contractor didn't report any issues installing it.

Sturdy and close match to bath tiles
Bought this for a tub that has almond tiles (from HD) around it. I didn't want white and this is very close to a match, without paying a premium for a designer color. Centered it over the soap dish and it looks useful rather than "disabling." Before tiling, we made sure to install a couple extra 2-4's so that it's attached to wood — so I trust it will withstand sharp pulls or heavy weight. I also note that it makes it easier and safer to enter or leave the tub, even for children.

This is a great safety feature for getting in and out of the tub.
This is a great safety feature for getting in and out of the tub. Especially if your tub has higher sides or you are a little wobbly.
