Faucet works and looks as expected. Nice quality. We got the nickel finish one for our remodeled 1st floor bathroom. The user manual for helping to put valves and faucet together was a bit confusing and for that reason it took quite a long time to correctly align the two handles but we now definitively love the result...!

These are beautiful and very streamlined faucets that give a very polished look. Only missing one star because I wonder why the Voss line of Moen bathroom products is nearly twice the cost of other Moen lines.

This is a very handsome faucet that instantly upgraded the look of the powder room where it was installed. Loved the fact that it came with the options of using an elegant "C" for the cold tap and "H" for the hot tap. An "F" was even included for speakers of French or Italian! Did not install it myself so cannot speak to ease of installation, but I can say that although the item was not inexpensive, I feel it was worth every penny! Also, I much appreciated Home Depot's swift delivery also.

I was NOT satisfied on my purchase.
I was not 100% satisfied on my product, so here I am writing the review. When I ordered the product, it delivered on time; however, there was a piece that was missed- the hole cap of the vanity sink?! When I installed every thing, I looked for the last piece to complete my day, but there was that piece missing, so I had to go to the Home Depot and bought the piece from my pocket again. It was too late to take everything off from what I have already installed and return the whole product to get the one piece back from you to re-install. It took me awhile to look for the piece at the Home Depot, and they did not sell the piece that I was looking for only. I had to buy the whole package of other products with. So I had to pay even more for unnecessary stuff. Please do not reject and publish this review. It was very inconvenient for me to perform the product because of the missing product. Please make sure to have every single pieces when you pack the packages. Thanks!

Be ready for some issues
This is part of the newer Moen approach, in which multiple faucet designs and finishes use a single (separately sold and not cheap) rough-in valve assembly. This does not apply to the 4" faucet versions, only the ones for wider sets in which the valve handles are separate from the spout. While basically EVERY sink comes with either a 4" or 8" offset, this applies to your 8" sink installation, making the spread 8" version of any given Moen faucet set cost about double the price of the 4" version (given there is no need to purchase a rough-in assembly for an 4" version). Looking at the Moen videos, it appears the idea was to allow flexible placement of the separate valve handles in sinks with wider custom drilled installation holes. I installed in a Kohler pedestal sink with precast 8" holes. There is enough tubing for at least a 16" spread, leading to the need to find a way to coil a lot of extra tubing in the limited available space under the sink. Maybe I'm dense, but my first efforts to insert the tube end fittings into the valve and spout fittings did not seat them fully, even though they seemed to "click" into position. As soon as I turned on the water, they popped off. Further, the process to aligning the actual valve handles and spout on the valve bases and spout base seems needlessly trail and error given the limited value of the instructions. Finally, while I love the appearance and quality of the Moen (Eva in oil rubbed bronze), I installed an American Standard single handle faucet ( using 4" spread) in another little used bathroom. While it suffers in comparison (but it was 1/3 the price) it has a super simple cable setup for the pop up drain plug. Moen sticks with its complex multi-piece set-up. I'm replacing 30+ year old Moen faucets throughout the house that use the same setup, and they need regular fiddling to keep the pop-up popping up. Finally, because of the coils of tubing, finding a path for this setup is a final pain. Moen needs to come to the cable setup and should sell a version of the rough-in assembly that is simply for the standard 8" spread to avoid considerable unnecessary hassle for 99% of the situations in which it would be used.

Easy Installation! Even For a Girl!
I like to stick with a good thing when I find it. When I found a Moen kitchen faucet that installed like a dream, looked sleek, cleaned up well and functioned without flaw - my eye turned to Moen for the master bath replacement. For 15 yrs. I endured the finicky flaws of some European brand, not of my choosing. It came with the house. Then it began to leak - yet again! This time I decided to replace it -with the Moen Kingsley faucet. I measured to make sure the wide set handles would work. Plus it's very important to measure for "reach". IE. Where will the water stream land in your sink? There's nothing worse than trying to rinse hands in a water stream that barely catches the bowl of the sink. Make sure that the stream falls into the bowl near the edge of the drain closest to the faucet - you can find more about "reach" in the detailed information of the products. So with tool kit in hand, water turned OFF under the sink, I set to removing the old worthless valves and faucet. Then replacing with the new easy to install Moen Kingsley with M-Pact valves. The beauty of these valves is they can fit a number of different Moen model faucets. So, say you want the Kingsley style this year and in a few years you might like to refresh your look a bit. You could just swap out the faucet top for another model that works with M-Pact valves. A girl likes to have choices! Now I tore this old stuff out and put this whole new thing together all by myself and I lived to tell the story. So can you. It was all good until I got to the part where you actually put the faucet on the "rough in" valves. The handles slide on easily enough but I couldn't get the faucet to slide down flush to the counter. "I have a rubber mallet…" I said to the cat. I decided to call my brother, the licensed plumber living 2000 miles away. He recommended not using the rubber mallet - "...doesn't usually work so good." He asked about a packet of lube that should have been included. I had no idea what he was talking about. So he suggested that Vaseline might be a better option than the rubber mallet. Worked like a charm! I thanked him, said "goodbye" and began cleaning up the workspace when I noticed a small packet - pictured below. Note to self: Take a thorough inventory of contents before beginning the project. Note to consumers: Buy Moen! Easy installation, the Kingsley in brushed nickel looks contemporary and elegant and the handles feel durable. The Spotless Finish really does repel spots and cleans up slick. The "reach" is accurate and just perfect for my sink. The M-Pact valves were easy to install. At almost a year later, I'm still happy with the performance of this product. No leaks!

    Easy setup
Pretty easy setup, lines snapped together as directions showed. Other thoughts: Not a plumber, but mounted this on a new granite vanity top was finished and water flowing/draining in under an hour.

Solid and Sturdy, Clean Lines - HOWEVER CAUTION
This bath fixture is STURDY and SOLID. Very smooth clean lines. Installation was simple although the instructions were all visual (no wording) even a layman can figure out what is needed. This is not a typical faucet – higher end model and is shown in quality of hardware. Two complaints - 1 Does NOT state requires Valve kit for installation. Had a countertop ready to install and no valve kit to preinstall on the counter top prior to installation. Luckily I had lots of room underneath to install - however would have saved a lot of time if I could have installed on the countertop prior to installing countertop. Package - nor web stated FAUCET ONLY. Also package, once opened stated Kits #9199 which does not exist. Had to call Moen to find an equivalent kit then find a local wholesale plumbers outlet to get it quickly (verses order on line and wait days for shipping). 2nd complaint associated with the first. For the price (not supposed to mention) however this was not inexpensive! I would have thought the valve kit would be included. That was another $60 on top of the faucets. I went with two faucets and a roman tub kit (by the way - the Roman tub kit DID state NO VALVE KIT on the website) so they would all match. It’s actually hard to find matching kits for the bathroom so I went with what we liked. Looks VERY nice but for the price - THEY SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED THE VALVE KIT!

    AWESOME
We had to search to find a Moen product that had all of the faucets we need to complete our new bathroom. We found Voss had everything we needed. Now that it is installed, we are very pleased with our choice and the functionality of the fixtures.

    leaky cartridge
I've owned Moen products before and never had a problem. This time I have a leaky cartridge right out of the box. Just for the aggravation of having to deal with it and to get a new cartridge is why I'm giving this 2 stars.

Quality pieces, easy installation, great price!
Very impressed with the heavy-duty nature of the cartridges but ease of installation (tensioning the cartridges was a breeze due to the (2) screws. Supply line hook-up was even easier yet... simple "click" and its all set!! Looking forward to many years of trouble-free use from this set-up.

        Moen Has Guts
I’ve never used the water supply harness that Moen has engineered. It’s easy to install and works well. I had a plumber confirm it’s reliability when he was working on a separate plumbing project.

We have 2 sinks that were replaced along with all of the necessary hardware, faucets, and assemblies. After professional installation of them, we had to replace them both due to leaks from both of them. Then, one of those 2 new replacements leaked. WILL NOT be opting for Moen products again, if given the choice.

Thank you MJ so much for the feedback you posted on the website. Moen takes consumer comments very seriously and we are delighted to have the opportunity to assist you. The Moen Widespread Bathroom Faucet Rough-In Valve with Drain Assembly - 1/2 in. IPS Connection when installed properly should not leak/drip after installation. Moen does recommend that the supply lines to the home that will be going to the faucet be flushed and cleaned prior to installation. If the supply lines to your home are not flushed, debris can get into the valve and cause leaks/drips. Should you need warranty assistance or have product questions, please contact Moen directly at 800-289-6636. Our business hours are 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Moen
