This was basically an exact replacement of the handle that had failed on our patio door. Both of the handles are reversible. It came with 2 different sets of screws (1-7/8" and 2-1/4") and a plastic spacer that you might need for a thin door. The metal feels pretty strong. Easy installation. Looks good. I'm glad Home Depot had this in stock.

Took the old out and out the new in. Easy and fast.

Don't be fooled by the package. There are no instructions to install the latch. The instructions full extent are the 2 screws in the handle. The screws that attach the latch to the door frame snapped as i screwed them into predrilled holes. Just terrible quality, even for a chinese product. Don't buy any product made by Prime-Line, it's not worth the grief!

Recently purchased so I can't comment on wear & tear but, seems sturdy. I seem to need a new handle every 2 years.

Not threaded properly enough to accept bolts

Overpriced for what you get. The screws are so cheap, 1 broke the first time to handle was used.

This is just the shell and it's priced like a Lock. It doesn't have any of the inside parts so it leaves room for air to get through

For being the most expensive handle on the shelf. I got this home and the mounting screw broke even before the install was complete. Returned it and got a different style less expensive and It was fine.

Just what I need. Easy installation.

Screws provided were not long enough for a standard door. Had to buy longer screws at another hardware store (Home Depot did not have them).

I bought this to replace the handle on a 20 year old door. The door is no longer an exterior door, but rather leads to a sunroom now. As such, I didn't really need the latch for locking. That's a good thing, because there wasn't really any clear way to attach the lever. It's just a handle for opening and closing, but it's bright white and clean, so it's perfect for our use.

Was the right size. Make sure you measure all the holes in your door before purchase. Easy pick up at thestore

Very expensive handle with no lock

I am woman,never done it,but I did, I feel I am super woman,

Have now bought patio replacement door handles twice and have had the same issue each time, screws are too short, barely fitting to outside handle, within months the screw comes loose. This time the size on the package marked was short, so not covering the depth needed for the door.
