[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this machine. It has exceptional cleaning (which is most important) it’s definitely very quiet, and it handles a fairly large load. However, for reasons that escape me, it was made with cheap plastic parts to hold and re-position the upper rack (and perhaps other places yet unknown to me). Two clips on the left side of the upper rack broke off during the first week of use. Perhaps it was my careless children? However, when buying a machine like this, should there be a test/question to see if your child will break off a little piece of plastic that makes the upper rack difficult to use, or should the appliance be purposefully manufactured in a way to handle daily use by a typical family?

The quality of this product is very disappointing. It matches the microwave and oven beautifully but after only two years the exterior side of the door is peeling and rusting. Hardly outside the manufacturer coverage our only option is to schedule a pair with fees, which will likely include a door replacement. Make sure to purchase the extended coverage with this product. I wouldn't recommend investing in this product or full set.

Well, I can see why this was discontinued. I got so burned on this one it will be my last Whirlpool and last Home Depot purchase. After 8 months it developed a significantly rust area on the surface at the upper left hand vent hole. Whirlpool said it does not cover rust, and we should "touch it up" with some paint. Home Depot was of no help. After several phone calls and a call to their corporate office they decided to replace the front door. The upper rack is adjustable, and the adjustment pieces have broken so it's hanging down. Did I mention it barely cleans the dishes? I basically threw $530 down the drain. I am buying a new dishwasher that hasn't lasted one year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with our new dishwasher. It is beautiful in my new kitchen and matches my other stainless appliances. We cannot believe how quiet this dishwasher is! The silverware compartment on the door leaves me much more room for dishes and the glassware stays put in the well designed top shelf. We love it! Great dishwasher and looks great, just having an issue with it not drying my dishes. They are all still wet hours after the wash/dry cycle has been completed. Not sure if it is the machine or if something is hooked up incorrectly :)

Easy installation and the dishwasher is so quiet I can hardly tell that it's on. Works great.

I've only had this dishwasher for a few days but so far so good - dishes come out sparkling clean - so much that it's a joy to unload. I will say that some of the slots in the top of the silverware holder are only big enough for doll silverware...

The dishwasher is very quiet and that is a good thing. As far as dishwashers go, I like it, but why stainless steel is so popular, I do not understand. After 8 months, it looks HORRIBLE. I used a stainless steel cleaner I bought at HD/Lowes. Now I am stuck with it looking this way. The dishwasher is fine, but I will never buy stainless steel again.

I never rate anything until lengthy usage. Some reviews are too quick. The WDT720PADM washer is VERY QUIET! It looks beautiful!....but the dishes are dirty and don't dry well. After one year, it does not clean the dishes or dry well. Silverware looks yuk! Dirty bowls with left over cereal. We originally did not use the dry setting out of preference. Too much electricity. We tried it to see if the dishes would get cleaner with the dry setting using jet dry solution. It didn't. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Next purchase will be the stainless steel interior which was rated really high for cleanliness and efficient drying.

Doesn't provide needed parts for install, lots of the connectors are plastic and low quality. Tried to install this at 10PM and realized they hadn't given me all the parts. Who has this in their instructions? (Other Parts needed but not provided). IF I NEED THEM, PROVIDE THEM. I tried to install this at 10PM and realized I couldn't, with all of the stores closed. Ended up having to reinstall my old dishwasher, NOT HAPPY.

Quiet efficient wonderful

Pump went out after 2 years of normal use. Cost to repair is 75% the cost of a new dishwasher. Not happy at all. The thing only worked marginally when it did. Plus the heated dry feature pealed off the paint after only 2 years too. Not the best quality.

I love having the silverware in the door and how the holder has slots to keep each piece separated so it gets properly cleaned. I love how much room there is for my dishes, how quiet it is, what a good job it does cleaning and drying each load. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this product!

perfect ! The handle is my favorite (my last dishwasher had no handle & it was pretty tough to open) the quietness & beauty are great too.

I bought this dish washer to replace my elite kenmore which was suppose to be high end and it does 110% better job. It cost a fraction of what i paid for my other dishwasher but it does a wonderful job ! My only grip is that the bottom rack gets caught on the cutlery tray sometimes and its a little smaller then I hoped. My dishes as super clean and even baked on animal food bowls come out looking like new.

Good price, design and performance. Works without as much noise as my previous one that sounded like an aircraft taking off on a runway and so glad I could Dump it Dishes come out sparkling clean Highly recommend this one

Very happy with this dishwasher and it looks great. Contrary to some of the negative reviews I've had no issue with dishes not drying. I'm using a rinse aid and all dishes are clean and dry after the cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've personally purchased and installed many dishwashers over the years. This machine was easy to install and cleans a plate better than the "Old Dogs Tongue."

I was always a Whirlpool fan, until now. Within the 14 months of having this dishwasher, I have had a repair technician come to work on it due to it not draining TWICE and a plumber. Once under warranty and once not. A few hundred dollars later, it still doesn't drain. NOT WORTH IT!

I've had this dishwasher for a month now. Overall, it's good. Mostly, I do not like how there is no latch to open the door; it just seals closed and you pull on the handle to open. Sometimes, I feel I'm going to pull it out from under the counter, but I suppose that seal will weaken over time. Purchased online, and didn't realize I would miss that 'feature' of the old dishwasher. Runs quiet and cleans the dishes!

Purchased for a rental house. I am a fan of the brand. True to size
