It was just what I needed.

It is hard to find a polished brass light kit for an older ceiling fan. This one is perfect. This Westinghouse kit is a high quality light that is easy to install and even includes the CFL bulb. I would highly recommend this light kit.

Good condition and easy to install. Customer Service was great.

The light came with a broken switch, which fortunately, I was able to replace. It was not easy to install. Otherwise I am satisfied with the final appearance.

Product looks and works as described, arrived in a timely manner in good condition and assembly was as described. Nu fuss anywhere along the way.

inexpensive light fixture that was very easy to install. provides plenty of light in a medium size bedroom. pull chain not too smooth to operate, but it works ok.

Ordinarily I would have hired someone to help me install this, but with the help and detailed instruction of a Home Depot employee in-store, I realized how simple it actually is. (Note: the product instructions will suggest you need an electrician, or specific knowledge of electrical wiring - all you actually need is basic common sense)

Exactly what we were looking for. Easy to install on our existing fan.

At first I was upset that this would not work with my Farmington model Hampton Bay fan but then took the time to properly examine the adapters and options. Basically, you need to remove the plastic cap at the bottom of the existing fan's base and this fixture screws in just perfectly. I recommend this product.

Living near the ocean, any fashionable metallic light on our outdoor fans rusts. This simple replacement solves that problem.

I actually did not install but the handyman who did have very positive comments. Said it was one of the best he had ever seen. It gives my rear porch quite a bit of light. Very impressed.

This ceiling fan kit replaced a defective unit that must have been on the fan since the 1980's. It works well and was not too difficult to install.

The light kit on our old ceiling fan broke. This kit was an easy replacement. Not a stylish globe, but neither was the one it replaced.

The polish brass finish matched the ceiling fan of different brand; The appearance of the light is good; The only issue is the light switch as if it was ready to break when pulled. There is no smooth pull when used. I am going to replace the switch with a better quality.one..

looking for a replacement light kit for my ceiling fan that would put out light & dimm. This light did both with 100W socket rating & I can dimm it when using halogen or incandescent.

Got this to add on to an existing ceiling fan. Was very easy to install and looks like it came with the original. Only wish there were other color options (only comes in white).

I needed an inexpensive light to go with my ceiling fan. This fit the bill perfectly. It was easy to install and had all parts needed for a variety of installations. It also came with a compact flourescent light bulb which was a bonus.
