I ordered 4 door handles i have 4 bedrooms all of the handles came with the same key now I have to go back to the store to exchange them I need separate keys for each room

I replaced all the door handles in the house with Weslock Premieri Essentials Satin Nickel Bristol Door Lever. The hallway/closet and bathroom ones were extremely well made. Very solid with perfect operation. The keyed version is solid but the level has more play (wiggle) than the others. I'm not sure if thats because it has a key. I still highly recommend the Bristol. Very stylish and functional.

Purchased it once and had to return it because it didn't keep working. This was part of a set of 7. Now it looks like the others are all starting to fail premature.

The lock looks nice, but it is not durable. We purchased 12 locks, and 4 of them started having cylinder trouble after 2 months of use. They key just spins, and we had to crawl into the room through a window to get in. Weslock gives you the run around when you call and ask about the warranty.

Lock looks good, but is very cheap. I put the key in the first day, turned it, and it just spun. It wouldn't unlock. I finally got it to catch once, so I could open the door. But it was broken!

Bought for new garage. Matches house, keyed alike at store

We chose the Reliant Bristol line for our new house. We used interior passage, dummy, privacy, entry,and deadbolts. Not a single glitch. All the keyed cylinders came keyed alike, which was a pleasant surprise.

I purchased this product due to its low cost. However when it arrived it was far better than I envisioned. The handle feels sturdy unlike some of those similarly priced. It installed in under ten minutes and works flawlessly. As far as the custumer service and shipping... I ordered online. No hang ups. No glitches. It shipped out next day arrived that Monday. Right to my door. I didn't have to brave an hours worth of traffic. All in all a good shopping experience start to finish.
