Purchased this ladder online due to having to drive an hour to the store to pick it up. I’d say for $50 shipping, I’d expect I’d to be a little better taken care of. The ladder was damaged and scratched all over. The packaging that it was wrapped in was missing or damaged. I had purchased one prior and my delivery was canceled due to them breaking it during shipping. No one called and the email came in late. There was no reason why it was refunded or canceled. I had to call HD to figure it out

This is an excellent ladder. It's strong and can easily support a 275 lbs person. It's heavy, but not too heavy. Extending and retracting the ladder is silky smooth once you get the hang of it. The feet are grippy and they can be flipped up so they dig into soil. One of the best things about buying a Werner ladder is the accessories. I also purchased the stabilizer bar and the rubber bumpers (AC19-2). It's worth nothing this is the 2nd Werner ladder I've special ordered from Home Depot. The first ladder had bad rivets, but Home Depot had no problem exchanging it. Be sure to inspect the rivets before taking it home!

2cd ladder ordered twice came in damaged. Home depot customer care. Wonderful and helpful. But I will never buy another werner ladder again.

This ladder is worth the little extra money because of the strength and firm feeling you get being so high up. I got it for trimming and maintaining my King Palms and it is great. If you are heavier or carrying weighty tools the 375lb rating is worth paying for!!

Ladder was put together wrong. We ordered the 20ft ladder. Had to have it delivered and paid the $55 delivery fee. If was put together backwards. Totally unsafe!! They want $150 to have it picked up plus another $55 to have a new one delivered. BEWARE you know we shall more and more is our military maybe it’s not ready for this because they’re not there they’re being taught about this soldier all of our ammunition

product is great, had one shipped to me came in damaged, returned and reordered shipped to the store also came in damaged working on maybe the 3rd one will not be damaged

After borrowing my dad's aluminum ladder, I wanted something less "rickety". This thing is stable and really gives a feeling of security climbing. I had to use the ladder fully extended to clean out my gutters and I was very confident and surefooted on this ladder. NOTE: While I had to wait for the ladder to be delivered, it was cheaper than the one with a lower weight rating.

The ladder was excellent, Home Depots delivery partner was sub par and the package did not arrive for almost a month.

We have some 300+ individuals so the 375# rating fits the bill

this ladder I chose because I needed height for a tall ceiling. I haven't used it yet but to lift in put in place was not too heavy for me and I am an over sixty female. It was perfect for me because of the extended ladder. It reminded me of the old wooden extended ladder that my husband had so it was time to replace it. I wanted something to grip at the bottom. Overall I like it and the color.
