Ladder started separating at the base within just a few days of very light use and nowhere near the weight rating.

I was surprised that it took so long to get this deliverd.... I ordered it on June 23rd and it arrived on July 20 (what took so long). I needed it to reach the gutters on my two story house - it does. I grew up with 32 ft latters and had forgotted how heavey they were (80#), so I'm getting used to moving it and forgot it is really a two person job to lift them to vertical to set them on the sde of the house. I am excited to have this and now the challenge of finding secure storage for the 16 ft length with 80# of weight.

I was replacing a ladder I had. This size is perfect for many carpentry applications And is carried on my truck rack daily. I wish I would have noticed that this was round rung as I always prefer D rung for my feet with long days on a ladder. Still it will work fine, expect many years service.

Exactly what I wanted. It is heavy and very steady. It was worth the long wait. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a reliable commercial grade ladder. Again it's heavy but very safe and comfortable!

This ladder really does the job. I did a test on it, to see if the hype about it was real. The hype is real! The only thing I did was order it from the Home Depot.com website, through PayPal, which I will NEVER DO AGAIN! I would of made out better if I'd just went to the nearest Home Depot store in my town, and just preordered it. It was no easy task driving it from the Home Depot store, lucky for me I had tie downs and straps in my SUV. Took my time driving home with it! Lucky for me I didn't cause or got into an accident! Based on the reviews I read about it, IT'S A BEAST! If you are not strong to move it around yourself, help would be required, no doubts about it!

You can't find this in any stores but the extra time for it to be delivered to the store was worth it. The first time you climb up high on it there is no doubt why it's rated higher. Very solid all the way up. It's a bear to move by yourself so get help if you can!

Very sturdy fiberglass extension ladder for those needy household roofing, rain gutter and siding repair chores. I found this product to be lighter as well as an economical household duty ladder that doesn’t take up a lot of room and fits conveniently inside my one car garage. I would recommend this product for the person that needs a working portable platform at scaffold height without the added trouble of erecting and securing heavy steel scaffold materials.
