Hi Gio1967, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm sorry to hear you aren't completely satisfied with your Wellworth toilet. To be sure your toilet bowl is at the appropriate water level, please measure from the rim of the bowl (no seat) to the water. This should be 5-1/4". The water surface area should measure 10-1/2" x 7-3/4". If your water level is lower than this, we suggest checking the rim feed tube inside the tank. This tube should be connected at both ends; connecting the fill valve to the flush valve. If either end is disconnected, it can be pushed back into place. In regards to the fill times, this can vary. To improve your fill time, we suggest flushing out the fill valve and turning up your supply stop. Here is a link showing how the fill valve can be flushed out: https://bit.ly/2Jd0PCF.
