Purchased to replace an earlier keypad. Bolt holes did not...
Purchased to replace an earlier keypad. Bolt holes did not match the earlier Mighty Mule unit so a new screw and metal post hole was required. It was not difficult. New unit was easy to program following the instructions included.

We bought at home depot and could not get it...
We bought at home depot and could not get it working more than a day. It could have been in part the contractor, but at the very least you need someone that has more than just casual experience with it. The company was good in its assistance and there was no hassle with the Home Depot return.

So if I understand, the contractor did not do a good job on the installation, so it was not product failure. This is a DIY product and for most end user do not have problems installing. Please try again and this time contact our tech support for help.

Hopefully this one is more weather resistant than the old...
Hopefully this one is more weather resistant than the old one. The keys on the new one feel mushy and less positive than the old design but I assume that's (a) because its new and (b) the actual buttons are protected by a rubber cover.
