This one seemed as if it would work great for the washing machine, because it has a battery test button, on/off button, the battery compartment on the front and it was supposed to be magnetic. No magnet. With only a 10.5 inch long sensor cord, it has to be mounted very close to the water source. My plan is to glue a magnet to the back, instead of using the adhesive foam pad included, which will wear out. Loud siren type alarm which runs continuously until switched off and dried.

Does go off in a bathroom that gets condensation from the shower.

Has the features I want like low battery alert and an on/off switch. Surprised how well it stuck to the wall in my outdoor closet where my water heater is located

I'm twenty feet away and I can't hear it. I can hear the notification for my email in any part of the house or basement. Not this "alarm". I had to buy a baby monitor so I can hear it go off. Really, really, really poor.............................

They are very loud, much better than the last ones I bought.

Got this to be notified while sleeping that portable a/c reservoir is close to overflow. Sabre water detector went off and woke up my wife preventing overflow. She had a little trouble silencing 100db alarm half asleep. but it was well worth price. Very compact & works great.

We needed something small to fit in the pan of the hot water heater & this worked great! Very loud alarm. We did have to put a piece of tape down for the alarm to contact with to prevent the alarm from going off due to contact with the pan.

The double sided tape did not hold against the block wall.

Good and simple to use and install on my water heater. Uses standard alkaline batteries.

There is no integrated Magnet for attachment like stated on product. Sensor wire is way to short.

Easy to use and install! This product is little but mighty! Alarm is loud and it works like it says. I've been trying to catch a water leak for months in the main, 2nd fl bathroom...well, found it with this device in 24 hrs. Priceless!

This alarm was easy to install. It has a good piercing alarm that you will definitely hear and the price was not bad.

Well worth the price and it works. Loud alarm.

Worked great in my "wet" tests. Thankfully it has 2 alarm volume choices because where I have it installed 120 decibels would be way too loud for anyone to be near and of course you would want high volume if it is used in a remote area that is seldom accessed. I would definitely purchase more of these units should the need arise in the future.
