This towel warmer didn't work well for us

The quality of this towel warmer was poor. The ends were dented and the product was warped so it would not seat on the wall. We returned it and are buying the same model we put in our other bathroom. You get what you pay for.

This product does not get as warm as my last one and I paid more for it. However, it dries a damp towel and provides just a little warmth which is about all we need in TX.

Bought this to replace a 12 year old Warmrails rack. While some of the fit and finish details with the brackets could have been better, I have to say in the end that it installed fine. I did have to modify one detail by cutting the stainless tube connecting the switchbox to the wall box shorter. It is sturdy. The switch is an upgrade over the older Warmrails tubular design switch. This rail is more compact, but functions better. A very good value for the cost.

Towel warmer is exactly as described. Took a bit to soft wire it but in the end the extra labor was worth not having an extra electrical cord.

Cheap & you get what you paid for. If you buy one, double check that its actually square, mine was over a quarter inch off and I had to shift two of the mounts before I could mount it. Save yourself the hastle and buy your own hardware, the mounting screws included are the cheapest possible and even with correctly sized pilot holes the heads twisted off on three before they were down tight.

My contractor thought I should buy a more expensive towel warmer; but all of the reviews I read said they did not warm up very fast or very warm. This towel warmer I purchased warms up the towels just right and it does it quickly. Also, it looks very nice on the wall. I feel like I'm in a spa when I come out of the shower and have that nice warm towel to wrap around myself.

Really easy to install. Works very well and real nice to dry off with warm dry towels.

Install was easy. We did not hardwire it. Would have been nicer because the length of the cord is quite long and my outlet is right by where it is hanging. The towel hides it partially. I know this is meant to be kept on the whole time because i've had another warmrails freestanding type and love it. Keeps the towels dry and warm enough. The color is as it is described.

The towel warmer gets the towel lukewarm at best. There really isn't any room for more than one bath towel even though the product description claims that you can put two regular size bath towels on it to warm up.

We were able to easily install, since it was an exact replacement. Be careful to either keep it warming all the time, or dry it off, as it will rust. That is why we were replacing it.

I wanted a towel warmer that would really get my towels toasty warm. I have mine hardwired and on a timer. I have yet to find out how long it would take to get the towels toasty warm, as I have not had more than an hour to wait.

I installed this towel warmer and had expected it to get a lot warmer than it does.

We live in NZ for many years and found when we moved to the US we missed the warm towels. It drys the towel, so you never have a damp towel coming out of the shower. also keep towel neat and tidy. husband has to hang it properly in order to get the full benefit. no more wet towels on the floor. Only wish Home Depot kept them in stock so we would see the product.

I bought this for my wife for Xmas. its an easy install however it needs to be on for a long time to warm even one towel and then it is never a hot towel. Would say it works but not to what I expected. Well made and easy instructions. To bad it doesn't warm a towel quickly

I was disappointed with the finish. For the price I was expecting real nickel. Looks like the nickel finish was sprayed on! Paint?
