I had this towel warmer installed as part of a major bathroom remodel. It looks great. It gently warms the chrome towel bars and seems OK for drying the towels. I wish it had a shut off timer. This towel warmer has a luxurious look and enough heft to feel like it should last many years. As far as having a nice warm towel after a shower, it was disappointing. I would recommend a warming box for that. The towel warming bars like this are more esthetically pleasing but the warming boxes provide a warmer towel. If I were doing it over again I would install both.

the fact that it plugs in saves me from hardwiring it and the wall mounting saves space. Great value and easy installation. No harder that hanging a picture. Love it!

Good value. Dries towels overnight so that they are warm and dry the next day. Using a timer helps to turn it off and on as required. Earlier versions had metal fitting and the current model uses more plastic, which is unfortunate. After several years rust spots can appear on the railings and the switch box. The lifespan appears to be 5-6 years. Easy to replace because it fits over older fittings secured to the wall.

We ordered this for a new home build, exactly what we needed. Great size and quality. We had a WarmRails towel warmer product in our last home for over 20 years and it never stopped working. Hopefully this one will last as long.

The warmrails is easy to ensamble but don't work like I expected sorry

This is our first towel warmer, so I don't know if they all take so long to warm up. You need to turn it on about 2 hours before you want a warm towel. That is why I gave it 3 stars.

Works well and easy to install

Warmer works well and towels are warm enough at the time needed to take a shower. It takes 2 person to install it on the wall - one to hold, and one - to place marks for hole drilling. Warmer looks well but the switch/connection box was not placed well on the rails - quality of assembly could be better (at least in my case) -that's why I rate it on 4 stars.. I own it about a month, turning it On befor taking a shower, and turning it Off about half of an hour after it, and that's enough to make it dry, so I do not see any evidence of rust on the rails.

Bought for my husband as a gift. Is study and made well. Keeps towels warm and adds some heat to our small bathroom.Kids love to put warm towel on their faces when they get up. I will recommend this product.

The warmer quit working after only one day.

The towel warmer was easy to install and gets the job done. It looks good and organizes the towels at the same time.

We used one of these to keep up with the wet towels used for our pool and showers, and it does a great job. It is easy to install and looks great.

Wow should have read the reviews first!! Pluged it in for 4 hours and only got to 81 Deg. Dont waste your time

This is advertised as a towel warmer. It will not warm your towel. It may dry it but if you want it warm do not use this product. It should be advertised as a towel dryer.

Took about 15 min to warm up and heat towel, helped take moisture out of bathroom.Very easy to install. BGS

Warmer material was very thin, light, and low quality. The finish was a hammered looking paint, not real satin nickel

Installs easily. Looks good. Wife is happy. :-) I wouldn't mind the towels being a little warmer, but that's just me.

I renovated my home so the contractor installed the towel system - no installation problems noted. On/off switch is easy to use - a timer would be great feature to add so that towels are warm when waking in morning for shower. Otherwise, must leave on all night to have warm towels - cost of a light bulb left on overnight. Good quality after having been used about 1 month.

The product was excellent, but too large for our space. Actually returned the item.
