This is my second of these Towel Warmers. My first one (same model) lasted from 2003 to 2020. The brackets attaching the legs are still a bit of a weak point (plastic) but acceptable. As some reviewers said it’s heat output is somewhat weaker but hope this one does as well and lasts as long as my first!

This product is sturdy and easy to assemble. It fits nicely between the bath tub and the vanity. It made the perfect Christmas gift for my husband who likes a hot bathroom when he gets out of the shower. Now he has a warmed towel to enjoy!

This towel warmer was really over rated at 1 star. Only warms towel at point of contact. Very very disapointed.. was an aniversary gift that went back asap....

Very easy to install. So nice to have warm and dry bath towels!

Towel rack is good. Attaching parts are cheaply made and did not align properly. Overall it will work just fine and looks good.

This unit is a replacement for a 10 year old Warmrails unit where the on/off switch handle became discolored over time. My impression is that this new unit operates at a slightly lower temperature (5 degrees) than the older one. That is the only shortcoming we have encountered. In general, however, these are not towel drying units. In fact if you just drape a towel over the rails it will not heat the towel to an acceptable level. We fold the towel 3x and then fold it a forth time as we roll it over the rail. We leave the heating unit on constantly and within a few hours it will warm 4 towels to an acceptable level. Our unit is wall mounted. This product is a high value item.

This towel heating unit and likely others of a similar design may apparently heat a towel but that towel cools right off in mere seconds making the value benefit far too poor. The unit was returned as being essentially ineffective. Save the money and buy nicer towels and if your retiling your bathroom floor consider a heated floor - much better benefit at the same cost.

I read both positive and negative reviews on this product but decided to purchase it anyway as a Christmas gift for my sister. I would not recommend purchasing this product. First of all, the screws did not fit the product during assembly so the towel warmer could not securely stand upright. Secondly, the product is not really for warming towels. My sister heated up the warmer for more than a half hour with a towel over the top bar. It barely warmed up. Other reviews said it was good when used to dry towels. My sister did not try that. I helped her repack the product to be returned to the Home Depot.

Did not heat up at all! Towels were still cold and wet, and the rail wasn't even warm to the touch, let alone hot. I returned it to the shop.

works great and heats about 4-5 small towels and washcloths at once. It takes only a few minute to heat up, so I recommend turning it on about 5-10 minutes before using it to get the full capacity of heat.

although easy to assemble, this rack did not warm our towel at all. Just the little bit that was actually touching the rack got warm and then cooled before you even used it. very disappointed!

Didn't get hot at all, left it on for hours and was still only luke warm to the touch and didn't heat or dry towels. Took it straight back and got money back.

We bought a Warmrails heated towel bar over ten years ago for our master bathroom. It is still working so well that we decided to purchase a new one for our recently remodeled main bathroom. It works just as well as the old one. Towels are dry the next morning - no more yelling at the kids about leaving wet towels over the tub.

Is inexpensive but it is not very good since it hardly warms the towels. It seems like in the concern in not burning towels or customers, they created such a low power heater that it barely achieves anything .

Good unit for the price. Only issue we had was that we ordered the brushed nickel finish and we got the chrome instead.

It's great to use a nice warm towel on a chilly day. This is the second one I've owned. I recommend this.
