The phone works very well and it was easy to install

Nice little phone, easy to install. Only drawback is the short length of the cord from the handset to the unit, which is easy to replace.

The phone set was easy to install and the instructions were clear and simple to get it up and running. This is an excellent choice for a non-handy, handy-man.

The tone quality of person on other end is poor. The pitch is distorted and difficult to understand.

Ringer is not loud enough.

It was exactly as stated. It works fine and ringer is loud for anyone who needs a loud ringer.

The ringer worked for one day and since the phone doesn’t ring anymore. I discarded the box so I can’t return it I guess. Never thought there would be a problem with it.

I liked the phone, and always have. Unfortunately my opinion of these “older style” phones was not shared by the rest of the family, and I had to take it down. They said the ringer was too harsh.If you have/like wall phones, you will like this one.
