It was all stratch every where and the top was dented.

Just got it today. 2 steps have metal finishing defects. Defects are so razor sharp that I sliced my finger when I picked it up for the first time. Werner needs to do a better job inspecting their product. I don’t like bleeding out my fingers because the manufacturer couldn’t properly machine the metal down! This flaw makes me wonder if there are other material structural defects that would make the ladder unsafe. I don’t have a car or I would return it.

I bought this product online on Nov 4h 2022. I used just once to change the AC filters, today again when I tried to use it to change the light bulb, I found that 2 step bolts have ripped. See pictures. I called home depot and the agent told me that I could not return this item back and I'd to call Werner, the manufacturer Not sure how come the product is built so poorly- I dont even weight 140 pounds and with the single use it's already broken. I DO NOT RECOMMEND his product at all.

I got a littlegiant but because of the heavy weight so I want one that easier to move around. The hovedepot has this ladder was on sale for $69 so I bought one. I am really happy with it because it easy to move around as I wanted!

I just bought this ladder and when i climbed on it , one leg of the ladder folds and broke, and I fell down. My foot bone was nearly broken. Please do not buy this ladder as it will hurt you.

Bought this for black Friday and it has worked great for me. It's pretty lightweight easy to carry and set. This is great for little stuff around the house or garage. Construction is really good on this ladder also feels sturdy.

It’s very convenient handle it For an amazing price

We have had this ladder for about a year but like new used a few times. For changing a high light bulb or when needed for painting. My husband was on it in the garage and the legs twisted and gave way. He’s spent 3 days in the hospital. Broken ribs and concussion. My husband is well trained on ladder use! Don’t buy it! Going back to out older ladders. These one was cheaply made and not worth risking your life.

I love this ladder, it has all the features I needed (8ft), easy to move around, strong, sturdy fiberglass frame and is rated at250 lb. Seems a 6 ft ladder is a just a couple of steps short for what I need, because I have some very high shrubs to trim, need to do touch up painting, get to to roof, or to my carport attic. This 8ft Warner ladder is much safer to use than the rickety, fold down attic wooden steps. (those steps scare me), now with this ladder, no problem getting into the attic. There are so many ladders to choose from, take your time, compare, the height you need and make it a Warner ladder.

It's strong and stable. Reasonably light weight as well.

Bought this for work I use one everyday at work but decided to get my own for work awesome ladder light weight for going up stairs

I fell off this ladder becuase the hinges warped with me on the 3rd step. Also the ladder is less than a WEEK old. Are kidding me? Please be mindful of workers comp for employees in a site. Will be filing suit against Werner.

Great ladder at a great price! I needed a sturdy ladder for projects around the home and the yearly setup of our patio gazebo. For less than half the price of a commercial ladder, this is great for the home owner that needs to get stuff done around the home.

I've had this ladder for about a year now and it's been very handy. It's light, fits into small spaces, has a small foot print and it's very easy to move around. I first saw it used by the electrician on This Old House. If you do things like install lights on an 8' ceiling you might feel uncomfortable at first not having ladder steps in from of you like on a 6' or 8' ladder, but after a while it becomes 2nd nature as you're only up one or 2 steps. If you buy it, get the little bucket that attaches to the front (AC52-UB LOCK-IN UTILITY BUCKET), it's super handy! They also make a little paint cup (AC27-P Lock-In Paint Cup) for this ladder too and they even have liners for it. I originally bought the AC52 bucket at my local HD store, but I don't see it listed on line now, I'm sure it can still be found as the Werner website still has it as current stock, it really is worth getting. It is very stable and has a light weight. With the accessories that you can buy(and I did), it is just perfect.

Very sturdy built ladder. Well worth the price.

Later was not super heavy to carry or move around. It fits easily in a closet for quick access. I like the design of the top to place tool and paint. Would def recommend.

Really like how light this ladder is compared to wood and aluminum ones.

I’m a electrician about 190 pounds I usually use this brand ladder but the 5 star rated orange one. I feel the orange one is more sturdy and durable because of the weight especially at standing at the top but there weren’t any when I needed an extra ladder that day so I grabbed the next best thing. This one is cool too a little lighter to carry so easy mobility. I like the cut out holes on top size for temporarily resting my m12 drill or screwdrivers. Overall It’s a good ladder and worth the price.

This Ladder safely did its job and the tool holders where handy.

Sturdy and solid. The 5th one purchased over 6 years and all are holding up great with daiy use. The original one is at least six years old. It has been used by many different carpenter crews on many different projects. A sturdy basic ladder, but great quality for the cost.
