I expected a decent quality out of this vanity but I was disappointed. My main complaint is regarding the drawer handles. These are not actual chrome handles but they have this cheap coating that looks like chrome. We have installed this vanity in our least used bathroom but after a short while the coating on the drawer handles has peeled off as you can see in the image.

This is my second vanity from Virtu USA and I love this product (got double sink vanity for my other bathroom a few months ago). Was packed extremely well. Soft closing doors are a nice bonus. Once you factor the price of the mirror and faucet that are included in package, the price point becomes pretty attractive for what you get.

This is a very good quality and design product, my second order. Unfortunatly, some not very bright person mismatched finishes while packing: fauset is brushed nickel, popup drain assembly is chrome. What’s up with that???

The aesthetic design is nice, but the installation was a bit of a headache. Some flaws are: the screws for the door handles are too long, so we had to cut them so the door handles wouldn't jiggle; the P-trap couldn't be fit on once the sink was on -- it ran into the shelf, so you'd have to put all the piping on first before you put the sink on top to have room to screw everything on right; there's a plastic/chrome circle piece that was included but isn't in the instructions, so we still don't know where that goes; the top right of the right-side door pops out at the top and isn't flush with the edge of the cabinet, even though we have the hinge on correctly. Because of the plumbing set up in our bathroom, we had to cut out part of the back of the shelf and decided not to use the backing at all. The soft-close drawers and doors are nice and I really like the capacity as well as the opening underneath -- easier to clean the floor that way. It looks great and works well.

I looked a long time to try to find a timeless piece that had a lot of storage, should easily fit into the space available... And found this beauty. It came in 8 boxes... so be ready for that! I am very happy with the quality, but when my husband started trying to push it back to the wall, we realized we were going to need a plumber. 2500.00 later... My bathroom should be ready this afternoon.

I was a bit nervous ordering this set without seeing it in person, but I am so glad I did! I absolutely love it. The vanity is great quality and it really looks gorgeous. As other reviewers have said, it's definitely more glossy in person than it appears on the site, but I am very pleased with the finish. Only two cons: 1) The hole for the plumbing doesn't leave much wiggle room. I had to pay my contractors several hours of labor to move my pipes so that they would fit. 2) The freight shipping to my home was VERY slow and delayed. When the local freight carrier finally had my vanity set for delivery, they kept me waiting around for 10 hours because they kept changing their delivery window that day (without notifying me). If I had known it was going to be that much of a hassle, I would have just had it shipped to my local store and picked it up myself.

The product was very well packaged and easily installed. Love it . We purchased it online from Home Depot hoping it would work in my small bathroom and it looks beautiful.

Love this set! Everything you need is included. It is very sturdy construction and very attractive. We just redid our bathroom it appears larger as the vanity is a little less deep than our previous one and taking out the medicine cabinet and replacing it with this large mirror made a great look. I would highly recommend this product!

The vanity looks great. It's sturdy and seems well made. For the price it is a good buy. Keep in mind that the opening for the drain is higher than the standard drain height so your plumbing may need to be adjusted. I realized this in time but for some this may require modifying the vanity or your plumbing.

All the holes were pre-drilled that made the installation process much easier The finished product is absolutely gorgeous. We had white and grey tile run all the way to the ceiling that gave it a very elegant look. We also found lovely light fixtures from Home Depot as well.

nice vanity but the were couple of issues with the hardware. bolts for mounting the faucet were too long and one of the drain plugs did not work properly.r

Ordered this vanity in December since it was on sale. Had it shipped to the house for a January remodel. When we finally got to the point where we were ready for installation, opened up the boxes and found a cracked countertop and damaged corner (despite no evidence of damage to any of the shipping boxes). Manufacturer would not send out a replacement counter and made me return to whole purchase to my local Home Depot and requested that I reorder. Ended up going with a different option. The quality of the product seemed to be acceptable. I was not overwhelmed by the quality and, at the same time, was not terribly disappointed in the quality. Our biggest concern with reordering was the possibility of receiving another damaged unit and having to go through the whole process over again. The shipment was comprised of ten to twelve boxes and, to me, that simply increased the odds of something being damaged. Homedepot.com did a great job of getting me all the information I needed to return it to my local store. The local store did a great job of taking a return on a cabinet that they would then need to deal with. Nothing but great things to say about Home Depot.

We are very happy with the double vanity. It has totally changed our master bath room.

This vanity set met my expectations of quality and construction. It is a simple, clean design and the cabinet is sturdy. The soft close doors and drawers really add to the overall feeling of quality. The cabinet did not require any assembly other than the drawer pulls. The Chrome faucet has a modern look with the solid white counter and sink shape. The opening for the water supply and drain is centered on the back of the vanity and if necessary, the back panel can be removed to allow for a larger (or off-center) opening to be cut. The removable back panel was very helpful in my case! I was also very happy with the delivery process and how the shipment was scheduled with a specific date and time. The items were packaged very securely.

From the start had to cut vanity back or rebuild plumbing from wall. Unable to stop pop up drain from leaking. Mirror put together with mounting bracket on wrong corner. Impossible to mount as built.

We have had this for two years now and the hinges in the inside have rusted out and the “chrome” off the faucet is peeling in spots. I have tried to contact the company but no one with return my calls. So disappointing.

First got 60" Virtu USA vanity for guest bathroom. Loved it so much that now got 32" for downstairs half-bath. Again, the quality is superb, packing is excellent. So nice to have a whole set that includes mirror and faucet - no guessing, no extra shopping. Highly recommend.

Love the vanity!! but noticed the mirror has some spots not sure what its from. Rest is easy to clean .I get many complements

We bought this vanity two years ago and now the chrome is peeling off on the bottom of the faucet. I am so disappointed and I have tried to get in touch with the company with no avail. I would improve my rating if I could get ahold of someone to remedy this and get a replacement faucet

drain is leaking

I have had this for almost a year now and the plumbing was extremely hard to get connected, the top does not fit right, and the handles are rusting. I’m very disappointed on this. For the price of this, I should not have these issue. My plumber was aggravated over the installing. On the flip side, it’s very ni e looking in the bathroom

My contractor installed this vanity today. It looks beautiful! Love the zebra gray color! Perfect for my small guest bathroom. The installation went smoothly. The only problem was my contractor had to saw a small portion of the top drawer so the plumbing would fit. Did not impact storage space at all and not noticeable at all. Last year I bought the same vanity in Espresso. So it must be pretty nice if I bought 2!! I bought both as a set with vanity, vanity top, faucet and mirror.

The vanity is well made and looks very expensive. It has soft close doors and drawers. Stone top is very beautiful only thing sink is nice but i will replace the white vessel bowl with a red one. A very good buy. The delivery took almost a month but it was well worth it... Loving it....

I absolutely love this vanity! The quality is very nice and sturdy. It exceeded my expectation since I ordered on line and did not see it in person first.

This product still in the box, still looks good, along with the mirror, once installed, will let you know further.

I love it. It makes an excellent appears in a small bathroom. It replaced a pedestal sink, so there was some adjustment to the plumbing so as to not lose any of the cabinet and drawers space (done by a professional).

I would have given it a 5 star except the wrong drain assembly was sent. This sink doesn’t have an overflow hole and the drain assembly that accompanied the product was meant for a sink with an overflow hole. Had to purchase the correct one. Other than that. Everything else was as expected
