Ordered from homedepot.com and arrived in good condition a week later. The description says the mirror has an aluminum frame; mine does not - just glass. I'm fine with that but they should make the description accurate. I have not installed it yet and as it is it cannot be installed because the counter-top does not fit on the cabinet properly. When sitting flush on the cabinet the counter-top extends about a quarter inch beyond the back of the cabinet. This is a wall-mount vanity so the counter-top must be flush with the back of the cabinet. If pushed to the flush position the sink bowl rides up on the cabinet divider, raising the front of the counter-top.The problem could be solved by shaving the wood cabinet divider to accommodate the sink bowl. I'm not a woodworker, nor do I have woodworking tools to accomplish that. Even so, there is the issue of having to repaint/seal the shaved portion of the divider. I don't think I should have to customize a product that cost nearly $800 after tax just to get it to function properly. Also, when the counter-top is centered side-to-side its curve does not match the cabinet's curve. Looking straight down from above the curved cabinet door extends beyond the counter-top. I have contacted Virtu-USA and they are in the process of assessing the problems. The customer service phone number listed on their paperwork is incorrect. The correct number is (714) 892-6800. Apparently they have an 800 number, but I couldn't find it. All that being said, the vanity appears to be of good quality and looks fantastic. I was sorry to see it's made in China, but what isn't these days? For now I'm giving it only three stars and not recommending it. I will improve the rating if the problems are resolved in a timely manner by Virtu-USA.
