We like the vanity and i don't think that our issue is a sign of an inferior product. After a year installed with no issues we noticed a hairline crack appeared in one of the sinks. We thought it was a piece of hair but on further inspection it is a crack. This is obviously something we would have noticed right away after installing but it appears to have just started. I'm going to work with customer service to see what can be done and report back here on results.

I have used the brand before. They are bulletproof proof, had two in a rental plus myself for three years and no a scratch, no hinge or drawer issues.

very nice I was worried because of other review that the top might be broken so I had it send to home depotthe clerk (Cristalle) at the service desk was wonderful she had no problem for me to look at it and make sure that it was in a perfect condition before I took it homeit was perfect

We purchased in white & despite issues with delivery & a few nicks in paint, I initially really loved how this looked in my updated bathroom. But as weeks went by I noticed the vanity top was very easily "marked". It has 3 rings from cups but just from water. It also has water marks, large drops, from face washing & shaving. I find that negative when it's a bathroom where you have various substances like hair products, face products, soaps, etc,; not to mention cups in the morning with your tea & coffee. We've been really careful not to spill anything but, hey, it's a bathroom! Expected more durability & would recommend buying only if you choose your own top, not this option with top included.

The vanity is a quality piece - love the soft-closing drawers and the marble top is very nice! There is plenty of storage underneath for towels, baskets, etc. So far I am very pleased with this purchase.

Do NOT do business with Virtu USA. I saw many negative reviews about Virtu USA vanities scattered throughout home depot, but I took a risk and it was A BAD MISTAKE. Please don't ignore their horrible reviews and do business with them. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered the above vanity in espresso and THEY FORGOT TO INCLUDE THE UNDERMOUNT SINK. This is another delay in our bathroom project and so we called Home Depot. Home Depot couldn't get on the line with Virtu because they don't even have a hold line. It goes straight to voicemail. So we leave about 4 voicemails and send 3 emails. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED US BACK. We finally called back today and the customer service representative was EXTREMELY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE and said that THEY WON'T EVEN PROCESS OUR REPLACEMENT UNTIL 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS LATER AND TOLD US THEY HAVE A LOT OF REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT TO PROCESS AND GOT ANGRY AT US. She continued to cut my husband off while he was trying to talk and then tried to tell us that it's not their fault and it may have been lost in shipment. Our shipment was shipped in a palette and the whole palette was saran wrapped. It was not lost in shipment. Instead of admitting a mistake and being apologetic and trying to resolve the issue to the best of their ability, we were met with an absolutely rude customer service agent who should not be employed by any company as a customer service representative. We called home depot again so we don't have to deal with them and home depot contacted Virtu USA to have them ship the item sooner. They complied with Home Depot's request. Home Depot representatives have been very polite with us during this whole fiasco of ordering 3 vanities from them, but there has just been one too many mistakes and it just hasn't been worth the headache. I think we have had over a dozen calls with home depot trying to fix every order and too many delays in our project because of their suppliers' inability to correctly ship out things. I commend the home depot representatives for always remaining cool and being apologetic, but something needs to be fixed about their online ordering system for larger items, such as vanities. These larger items are time sensitive because usually a contractor is waiting to complete projects based on them and the system you guys are using right now is not working. The ETA is completely off and the suppliers you are using are inept at shipping out the correct items. I would go with some place like next day cabinets next time.

The vanity is absolutely beautiful and it came packaged with amazingly good materials. However, as was true with almost everyone else, the marble top was busted. I think when it's on the crate, they tighten the strap too much. Anyway, Virtus was excellent at immediately sending another marble top. The end result is beautiful and I'm very happy with my purchase, even though the damage caused a short delay

This cabinet and counter top are beautiful! They came well packaged and there was absolutely no damage from shipping. There is a small imperfection on the front of the cabinet however. Being that it is close to the counter top overhang, I did not think it worth getting a replacement. If not for the imperfection this would be an excellent purchase.

The marble top is beautiful however the vanity itself arrived with one of the bottom slats cracked. We have to return the entire thing and repurchase it. Hopefully when the next one arrives it doesn't have anything broken

This item was back ordered and then when I received it, the marble top was cracked. Very disappointed

For the price I should have purchased a cabinet separate from the sink and countertop . It required more assembly then expected and for a unit that retails 1000 details could have been a little more finished and not show minor scratches. I waited a legenthy time to receive via shipment and paid to have in entry way but was told could only deliver into garage . I had to move and recruit neighbors to bring in even though I paid 50.00 plus in shipping .

Looks just as pictured. My contractor installed it for me as part of a remodel. Looks to be good quality and has soft close drawers.I will change out the hardware to satin nickel to match the rest of my hardware since it is chrome.

Product shipped without sinks- been weeks still waiting. Would not recommend to anyone. Customer service with vendor and Home Depot has been terrible

Excellent product. Very well made and packed very well. Easy to install and everything worked well. FYI that you'll need a 2 part epoxy to mount the sinks to the counter top and that is not included. A great value. Only challenge was that I ordered on 1/31, was told it would deliver 2/8 but did not show up until 2/20. Would do it again

I have not yet installed this, but it arrived in perfect condition. Initial quality, fit and finish is excellent.

This vanity is absolutely gorgeous and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. It's a little worrisome ordering something so expense online without actually seeing it in person, but the vanity definitely met my expectations. The marble is stunning. The vanity itself does not have a whole lot of storage, but I knew that when I purchased it. Everything arrived in perfect condition, not a scratch on anything.

This was extremely hard to put together. Also the brackets that hold the sink were to small.

Top was broken with initial delivery, but company sent replacement that worked fine. Very pleased with overall result. Home Depot was very helpful during the process.

The vanity set arrived on a pallet, wrapped in shrink wrap and after being shipped over half-way across the county there was no damage. The vanity is very solid and my contractor had no difficulty in installing it. It looks GREAT!

Despite reading some other reviews on this vanity about careless shipping, I ordered anyway since this is what we were looking for. The vanity is very nice looking with quality construction but it arrived with significant damage. The marble top was shattered into several pieces and the base cabinet was slightly cracked and separated. I fixed the base, but a new top had to be ordered for replacement. Home Depot was excellent in responding to the damage, ordering the new top and offering a new base as well and credited me 10% of the price for my troubles. The shipping company was also very professional, but this doesn't seem to be well packed or it's not being handled properly. Otherwise it looks great.

Delivery date was promised for 7/3, after many calls to Home Depot, finally got a delivery date of 7/16, the mirror was broken and the top was not delivered. More calls to Home Depot, an order has been placed for the mirror and the top, expected delivery 7/31 - that's a month after we were expecting it. Having said this the cabinet looks great, but the hassle with delivery, was probably not worth it.

This is a very well made vanity. The first shipment came with a top that was unfortunately cracked. Home Depot customer service was excellent with assisting with the exchange. The new vanity replacement came to the local Home Depot store within a week. I highly recommend Customer Service Chat: quick, easy, and unlike phone lines, no waiting on hold.
