I put it in myself. It looks great. Very heavy duty. Twice as thick as my last one. Looks awesome with the tile that I used. Nicest shower that I have ever had.

Love this shower! Gives us plenty of room and it is such a clean look for our bathroom. Just what we wanted!

Great quality, large, installation a bit finicky with unlevel floors.

This is a high quality, finely crafted enclosure. One note, make sure your walls are plumb correctly, I was off on one wall by about 3/16” which required a little rework removing plastic liner on that wall and using silicon caulk. Still beautiful and love this product.

Overall, this is a nice product. However, like most products these days that come with several small parts/hardware and require assembly, they do not do a great job labeling everything. There were also some missing wall anchors and screws. Nothing you can't pick up at the local hardware store but, still frustrating. It shouldn't happen. Also, one of the arm brackets doesn't tighten properly. I will need to see if I can have them send a replacement.

The story didn’t start out very well they sent us a shower that I ordered it didn’t fit the base that came with the shower and said it was discontinued but within three days I had the correct glass portion of the shower to fit the base and I had already installed... Is very well-made you don’t have to have perfectly plumb walls. They have things to make adjustments it looks beautiful at this point I’m very happy with my purchase!

A real nice shower unit. Well made. But definitely a two man job when it comes to the door installation. The base is heavy duty and nicely designed. Make sure everything is plum. Level ant true. Life is easy when you do this.

Everyone who sees the shower says "Wow!". Well made product. I would have given the shower 5 stars except for the liners on the glass doors. It has been a challenge to line up the doors perfectly so that there are no leaks. The directions for this area are a bit confusing. I am a little bit concerned that over time the shower doors may start leaking again. Overall rating is 4.5 stars.

I have just installed my Frameless Neo-Angle Shower, and like it very much. The glass and fixtures are heavy and sturdy and make a beautiful presentation along with the tile I have installed. I am pleased with this product, and would recommend it.

I installed february this product and we love it very much.

Installed in existing construction on second floor by myself. Because I had the walls open to the studs for cement backer board underlayment for the new tile work, I added wooden blocks into the walls at the points for placement of all of the anchoring screws for the panes. Individual panes are heavy and I had to carry them one-by-one up the stairs. My walls are not exactly square (85 year old house on pier and beam construction that will continue to shift) so I squared the panes to each other by resting them on the elevated base, and then used the supplied seals and added clear silicon caulking as needed along the edges of the contact with the walls to fill in the uneven spaces to waterproof. It is very difficult to see the caulking and the seal is watertight. So, even if your walls are not square, this enclosure can work for you but be sure that the panes are securely anchored to the studs and, depending on the size of the gap with the wall, you may need to use longer than supplied screws. I had one troublesome leak where water came out along the outside edge of the plastic base where it meets the floor, and I was worried that the base had a hairline crack. Believe it or not, ha ha, the answer came to me in a dream: turns out that water was seeping down the panes and entering the screw holes under the glass where the metal rail for the pane is connected to the plastic base. I caulked these screw holes and that solved the leak. Overall, I am happy with the unit and it nicely showcases my "expert" tile work (but arabesque tile is a challenge to work with).

I built a home 4 years ago and installed 2 Vigo showers like this one. I am happy to say that four years of use later, I still love them. High quality materials, sturdy, and easy to clean make them a great choice. I did brass finish in one bath and chrome in the other and both still look great. Photo shows my other one, a 36" chrome. I recommend professional installation, as precision is key to a well installed enclosure. I couldn't be happier with mine. And Vigo customer service is THE BEST. They answered my email right away and got a part out to me that same day! That's hard to come by these days.

This is not easy to install. Fortunately, they provide customer support. This was a new installation, and required two people and a LOT of time and patience. However, it is lovely, looks just like the picture.

Box glass came all torn up ripped, had to totally take apart to inspect for damage. Before accepting Still have not received the rest of the order. Back still not here. Not happy with delivery . Been a full month waiting on this order still o idea when it will arrive

Excellent product, definitely needed a professional to install, it is a kit to build the shower enclosure, lots of leveling, shims and releveling and more shims. looks wonderful, tight fitting door.

Was not easy to install, but it was the first time for me. After all the issues we’re resolved the final project looks just as beautiful if not more so than the pictures!

The hardware and glass are very sturdy. I used longer stainless steel wood screws than what were provided in the kit where possible. The ordering and install instructions were a bit confusing but it all worked out in the end. We are happy with the final product.

The glass panels are heavy and the hardware seem sturdy enough to support them. The install instructions are a little confusing so read them thoroughly before beginning. The Home Depot description and the Vigo installation guide are misleading on the size. Use the finished size in the Vigo guide to match against the HD description.

Look amazing. Takes lots or tweaking as it is installed

This is a total disaster. LOOKS GOOD yes ha! but not with 4 towels on the ground to catch the water. AND yes I had a very good installer go slow and do each step and caulk everything, and yes I called VIGO and even sent then videos. You can't shower in a 36 by 36 and not get spray on the sides. Needs a way better sealing set up.

This shower has not stopped leaking for the last almost year that we’ve had it. We have tried everything. Our contractor tried to get support from the company and now has completely bailed on us because of all the time and money he’s put in to this with no luck. I reached out to the company myself and got NO response. The leaking has caused damage on the ceiling below more than once. Do not buy this shower.

Shower door does not close correctly and missing pieces. If i could return I would.

Glass broke while leaned up against wall

Beautiful shower. would have liked directions in both left open and right open images. Call center was in the Phillipines. Be sure to have everything level as you work to install.

At first, we were excited about this product because it looked nice. BUT it never worked!!! The first contractor kept coming back to fix one leak after another, where water seeps out of the enclosure no matter how we tried to be careful. At first it was under the door. Then the sides. So basically anywhere that has a seam. It leaks! We have to put towels on the surrounding floor outside of the enclosure to soak up the water. Unfortunately, we live in a small town of 2,500 people and the contractor stopped trying to fix it. They said, “it’s poorly designed.” We didn’t believe them at all. We went more than 6 years without a functional shower stall. So, the 3/4 bathroom became 1/2 functional. Thank God we have another bathroom that we were able to use. On Monday, the 9th, we were able to have a church friend, whom we recently met and learned that he is a retired contractor, to reinstall the unit. We went online and got great service from Vigo Industries for purchasing all the seals and railings that cost us nearly $300, figured it will be worth while. Well, our contractor-friend concur that this is POORLY designed and the problem we had will persist because the door is so heavy it shakes the enclosure and misaligned the panel from the wall every time we go in and out of the enclosure—makes it utterly useless. When we tried to see if Vigo can do anything to compensate us for the loss via email. We got the brush-off. Really wondered how they stay in business selling products that are NOT functional at all! It seems that they are happy to take our money, but not compensate for the tremendous loss we suffered: Contractor fee, years of inconvenience, the replacement parts in addition to the never-functioned shower enclosure. So, about $1000+ down the drain (pun intended). Please learn from our experiences and do not waste your money! DO NOT BUY! Don’t lose your money. We hope that everyone who reads this review could benefit from our loss. If this is so, we will be comforted to know our loss becomes someone’s gain! We also think Home Depot should seriously consider to stop carry Vigo Industries products at all. Vigo Industries disregard to our plight customer service poorly reflects on Home Depot! Thank you for your time.

We've had this enclosure installed for over a year. IT CONSTANTLY LEAKS! I HATE IT!! It was installed for us by a contractor. We don't know what to do. Maybe we just need to trash it and get a custom enclosure. The weather stripping is cheap and makes the door look cheap. It has also fallen apart in the last year. The magnet closing mechanism is weak. I could deal with it all if it didn't leak!! I don't recommend this product.
