Easy DIY - No Plumbing knowledge necessary. Love the look it gave to my kitchen! We installed this in about one hour. We have NO experience with plumbing at all. My Husband helped hold it in place, but I was able to do most of the work. This turned out to be an easier project than we expected, and much prettier than I had imagined. It is often difficult to purchase items like this on line, but this truly was worth it! I would definitely recommend this faucet!

Made with cheap plastic parts. Mine is leaking in Three Places!

I love the style, but when the water come out it very loud. It has great water pressure. Sadly this is my second one. The faucet would not turn in either direction after the 1st month. I hope this doesn't break. You only have a 3 month warranty so if it breaks after that you're out $175.00.

Absolutely beautiful

Product was defective right out of the box. Faucet nozzle was made crooked. Another example of no quality control and no pride in workmanship.

When this faucet was originally installed it worked fine. Within several months there was a problem with restricted water flow. I procrastinated and finally had a plumber come in to see what the problem was. He identified the problem and I called Kingston. They sent a new faucet. Terrific, right??? All is well and good except that I am out $150 for the plumber. Now, a month or so later there is a leak. Not a little leak, you can see the water coming out of the top part of the faucet. Not exactly optimal performance. I didn't even bother calling Kingston. I want nothing to do with their products after this experience. So not only am I out the original purchase price of the defective faucet, there is the bill to diagnose and install the "new" faucet, and now I have expense of buying a new faucet and paying someone to install it. If it was possible to give a negative rating on this product I would.

Love this faucet, only problem is the sprayer neck is not long enough to go whole way through the granite counter top! Just barely makes connection underneath. Therefor sits loose on the countertop and when the spray drips it leaks down under the cabinet. If anyone has any idea where to find an extension please respond!! We checked w mfg and home depot tried different ways to rigg up something ourselves too. Nothing!

Came much darker than expected. We wanted to try this instead of our old goto brass. Unfortunately for atraditional home brass cant be beat. So wereturned thisfaucet. But it was good quality and nice design and style.
