The look is great
We bought a newly remodeled home in December of 2020. The tub fill nozzle was leaking against the wall and through the main spout when stopper was pulled up for shower. Now it is horrible! For the price you charge these should last a lifetime! Not happy with delta plastic very upset with this product.

Face plate does not line up straight
I bought the Delta Victorian shower and tub in chrome. The face plate does not line up correctly. The word Delta stamped in face plate is straight however the scroll work does not align straight across from each other like in photo. They are tilted.

Fell in love with it!
I love the Victorian/Steam-punkish look! Easy to install. Love the 2 lever function. Spout is long enough to reach over the edge of the soaking tub. Some others were to short. Shower head is great also but mostly just use the tub. I love my new bathroom!

Beautiful faucet
I bought this product back in August. It is beautiful and shines up nicely. However it is difficult to get water temperature just right. Sometimes you have to set it almost in the blue for a warm shower

I'm glad you're pleased with the look of the Delta tub/shower faucet. I apologize for the issue with the temperature. Here are the steps to adjust the rotational limit stop in a 17 Series faucet. First, remove the temperature control knob cover. You should able to "pop" it off of the temperature control knob by prying it off with a small screwdriver. Next, you will see a gray plastic insert with a Phillips screw in the middle. Removed the screw and pull off the gray plastic item.
You should now be able to see the rotational limit stop, which resembles a black plastic gear. If the water temperature is above 120 degrees F, remove the rotational limit stop, rotate it clockwise one tooth for every 2 degrees of temperature change desired, and reinstall it. If the water is cooler than desired, remove the rotational limit stop and rotate it counterclockwise one tooth for every 2 degrees of temperature change desired. Replace the temperature control knob, turn the faucet off and back on, and re-check the temperature. Repeat as necessary until the desired water temperature has been achieved.
The rotational limit stop may need to be adjusted if the inlet water temperature changes. For instance, during the winter, the cold water temperature is colder than it is during the summer, which could result in varying outlet temperatures.
These instructions are included with the Maintenance and Installation guide that originally came with this faucet.

Had same Victorian kit for 10 years. It was time to upgrade and we bought same shower faucet kit in Venetian Bronze again. Improved looks again and better operation from the one we had 10 years ago.

I bought this to match my sink faucet in the bathroom. Adjusting the water temp took a little getting used to but after that it works great and I love it!

Quality is not what I expected
I bought and installed this when I had my home remodeled in 2006. It worked fine for about 3 years. Then the slide in the cartridge quit working so all we got was cold water. Could not use the shower at all because the water temperature would not change. I ordered a new cartridge and replaced it and it worked for about 2 years and then I had to order another cartridge and it lasted about the same time. It quit working right about 2 years after replacing but this time I just quit replacing the cartridge. You can get it to get warm but everything is upside down for some reason. The handle will rotate all the way around turning the water on and off but it drips all the time. I am so tired of this but will have to take out the tile in the shower to replace the whole assembly with another brand. I did not know it came with a lifetime warranty. I have spent several hundred dollars on replacing cartridges. I had a water well and am not sure if the water had minerals or calcium that made the slide stick. We took it apart several times and cleaned it and it would work for a short time until we had to replace it. I got pretty handy at taking it apart and putting it back together. I now have city water and am going to buy another cartridge and see if it works longer this time.

product good for the first 3 years
I purchased this shower valve three years ago and the other day my wife went to shut off the water and the handle kept turning she finally had shut it off but the handle was still loose upon inspecting it I took the handle off and noticed the threads were worn. I also noticed that the plastic valve that the handle attaches to was also worn. How does a plastic valve wear out the threads on the metal handle. The other problem that we have had was that the temperature lever has been stiff to move for a while.

this set did not exactly match my sink faucets, however, it came close enough and hooked right up without a fuss. very attractive. came fast. looks good.

Cheap Plastic parts.
For the price of over 250.00 you would think that all the parts especially the the tub fill would at least be metal with plating over the top of that. No way it is made of plastic. I could not believe it.

The choice of water flow (massage or regular) is what is so different about this set. That is not offered on most of them . The color is slightly darker than I thought it would be but beautiful anyway. It will be an eye catching addition to my new bathroom.

WOW!!!!
I hit the mother lode on this one, folks! Bought one of these baby's after looking at the store's display and Installed it on our newly-tiled shower. Incredible look, feel, and performance. I AM satisfied AND impressed with the fit, function, and appearance of this product.
NOTE: Also added a Delta venetian bonze diverter valve so I could install one of Delta's venetian bronze hand showers, alongside. My wife now thinks I'm a genius. Finally! "Best of both worlds," according to her. After using them, I would have to agree.
