The delivery time was great. The set came in three pieces, all of the parts/pillows are placed/jammed inside the two sections. Most of the faux leather had mold that needed to be wiped off (gross). Assembly (with unpacking) took about 1.5hrs plus wiping off the mold and wood chips from the pillows. The cushions are very firm and the couch itself is hollow. There are two scratches and gashes left on one of the backboards. I would recommend this for a young couple or a new college student.

I am really enjoying my purchase. I bought two and they are comfortable and not too plush. Great size and depth. Overall very happy.

I regret buying i want to return it so am saying to all new buys dont buy this. Sectional set mine came with no legs. Michele

The color is great! Back cushions are awesome, seat cushions are rock hard. The delivery company did not deliver my ottoman, so instead of reshipping a new one, I was refunded a small portion by Home Depot. Definitely not comfortable and will not be keeping once this out-of-town project is complete. Not worth bringing home and keeping for the long run.

Easy to assemble and the couch looks great, except it is harder to clean than most couches and you need to break it in for it to be comfy.

the detentions they have say it is 39 inches high- well its not its 28 inches high or short I should say. its very low it looks like a waiting room chair. Also there are no rights or lefts its universal.

Overall.. the product was great... although it was damaged during the shipping and handling process, the manufacturer sent out a replacement section that fixed the issue. Word of caution.... Home delivery leaves much to be desired. The shipping companies used are contracted to perform curbside service only and are not allowed to enter your home for product placement. The shipping companies are also limited to delivery times and did not understand AFTER "FIVE" ONLY. Home Depot did a great job with damage control and managed to issue a gift card for my troubles. Thanks HOME DEPOT!

I really like it. There was slight rip in arm rest but did not want to return. Sent Home Depot a picture and told them gift card would be nice. So they sent me a gift card to kind of place a little refund to the damage. I shop there all the time my favorite store. I am very satisfied with my purchase Thank you Home Depot. :)
