Purchased this product in January 2019, before the end of the year the top railings that are directly exposed to the sun began oxidizing which means it lost it's glossy sheen and developed a rough and powdery surface. The same is true for all of the post caps. I spent $1500 for about fourteen feet of railing with a gate and bracing for the posts to ensure it was all installed right. It looked fantastic when it was new and now looks like an eyesore. I let it go another year as we were distracted with other home renovations. This past December I contacted weatherables using their online enquiry form to seek a warranty replacement and despite advertising how great their limited lifetime warranty is, they never replied. Save your $$$.

The rails were easy to cut and assemble. Once together, it is strong and durable. Easy to clean

Lot of work but looks great

Decent product. Customer liked the color and style options. Nice that the posts come as a kit with the base trim and cap. Bracket are a little bit of work to get snapped in tight but were a clean look once completed.

Shipment arrived a week early and in perfect condition. I didn’t have a miter saw or chop saw so instead of spending a lot of money on one of those, I chose to use a miter box and a good hacksaw. It took longer but had good results. Instructions were easy to follow.

Excellent product!! Looks amazing!! I hired a contractor to put it up and he said my job was more tedious because the width was too long and had to be shorten on every panel but other than that not too hard to assemble.
