Went to a water park with 3 iPhone 6s and an iPhone 7 Plus (4 iPhones total). All fit inside with room for one men's wallet, car keys, and credit cards. Hooked it onto our lounge chair with a towel over it and felt comfortable to go enjoy the water park.

The numbers should be a little bigger to see I am an older person and had trouble getting the numbers in sync to open it

I picked it up at my Home Depot and saw that it was bright orange. I had ordered the Orange color, but I didn't think that it would stand out so much, so I returned it and got a refund because the orange was the only color they sold.

I used this when I went to the beach a couple of weeks ago. It worked for me perfectly. The cable length was great & it seemed to be very securely locked.

Other than it being too small for my ipad - it's perfect!

It was good, except you have to be careful & keep sand out of combination lock. The numbers stick, but the kids liked having it. Once I kept the sand out, we had not problems with the lock

This is a great product. We have peace of mind when at water parks, the beach, or camping. I saw a similar item on a tv show but it was nice to see it at the store before purchasing it.

Handy if you're going to a public place, and don't want to put your cell phone/wallet under your beach towel, and hope for the best. The vacation vault lets you toss your valuables in the plastic box, and latch the steel cable to a couple of beach chairs, or a tree, or just about anything that's too unwieldy or obvious to easily carry away. If someone really wants your stuff, they can break the plastic box or cut the cable, but that takes effort, or would need to have fairly decent cable cutters and will make noise or a scene. It reduces the likelihood of someone swiping your stuff without notice. Not only that, it helps you remember which set of beach chairs are yours.

I will be using this often. Great value. Easy to use.

Love it the first couple of times we used it on the cruise. But, tried to lock it the last day, and part of the locking mechanism had stuck down in the slot rendering it useless. I need to find out how to return it.

The little green vacation vault comes in handy for many uses. I have a curious granddaughter that always wants to play with my phone,wallet, anything of importance in my purse. I use the vault for these items when I go to visit. I have also used this little vault on my locker handle at the gym with no problem.

Perfect for our cruise vacations and wish we'd found it sooner! Before buying this, either my husband or I would stay with our stuff on the beach while the other was in the water. On the ship, we'd just tuck our bag under our chair, take our chances and hope everyone was honest. Now we're way more comfortable being able to latch this box to the arm of a chair. I was surprised at how long the cable was. We actually were also able to run it through the handles of our beach bag too, keeping anyone from grabbing it and running. It was large enough for an iPhone 6, 6plus, wallet, and sunglasses with a bit of room to spare. Sure, a determined thief could probably make pretty quick work of this but for deterring an opportunist or amateur, this does the trick. Just for photo, we had it laying out in plain sight. When really in use, we either tossed a towel over it or had it under the chair.

I would always worry that when I went swimming in the ocean during cruise stops that someone might snatch my camera, etc. that were laying on the beach chairs. With this safe, I can fit in everything necessary. I also loop the cable through the handle of my backpack before attaching it to a lounge chair. With the bright color, I can see it from the water. Now I can enjoy my swim much more! To me, this is a must-have when traveling. I even used it in the hotels as an extra precaution.

Easy to use and sturdy enough. Others may point out that it can be broken into but why not add and extra layer and let the thief move on to easier prey. We have used ours in MX and Vegas with no problems.

Does the Job, A little thinner and flimsier than I was expecting but it works. I was expecting something like a 1/4" polyethylene product when I initially saw it but for what it costs its good and easy to set and use.

I purchased this for our beach vacation earlier this month. It worked great to keep our cellphones, keys, small wallet, etc.). The ONLY negative about it is the cable tie could be a few inches longer to make it easier to secure to chairs or other stationary objects. We attached it to our heavy wooden beach chaise loungers and the wood was very thick and it was a tight fit to close the cable. And while I know if someone REALLY wanted to take it they could cut the cable but it's a great deterrent for the typical "grab-n-go" theft. I was comfortable leaving my chair and going into the ocean or for a walk down the beach. You just have to be sure to secure it to something that wouldn't be easy to pick up and take away (like a cooler!).

A great little box to protect your keys, cell phone and camera

This is a nice little lock box. It's good to stow under the car seat, in the closet or under the bed. It has an adjustable steel cable to secure it. However, it will only provide minimal minimal protection from the determined thief who sees it and wants what is inside. The cable is good, but a bolt cutter would go through it easily. The plastic case with the combination lock is good, but could easily be smashed. I bought one because it's nice to have a lock box while traveling, but I always keep it out of sight.

The box worked well for a while. Until someone who was looking for what was in it found it and broke the lock. I enjoyed the little box while it wasn't broke and it would be useful to hold some things but not what I was holding in there. A determined person could break the box if they wanted to.

I purchased this Vacation Vault for use in a busy campground situation, and for this it was decent. The Vault is smaller than I expected it to be, but it is not so big that it is cumbersome. It's almost like a small/ medium-size purse. The manual states that, under the right circumstances (i.e. "the right tools and adequate time"), the Vault could be stolen. In other words, the Vault is a deterrant at best. Use common sense and don't put all of your cash in the thing and walk away. There is a bike lock-like cable attached that I wish was longer. Still, this was a more than acceptable solution for $20.

Great for taking to the pool to lock up phone, money, keys, etc.

It sure would slow a person down that was on the beach looking for an easy grab. A couple cell phones fit in along with car keys. It is very easy to use, cord is long enough to lock it to a small bush, lawn chair or cooler.
