Faucet looks great. Easy to install. Seems to be high quality construction. However, the cartridge failed just after being installed for one year. Home Depot does not carry the replacement cartridge. The manufacturer's (Vigo) website is nearly impossible to purchase replacement products from (their shopping cart fails). So the faucet itself is great. However, the cheap cartridge they used makes the faucet a throwaway when it comes time to replace it. About to scrap the faucet.

I would have rated these at 5 stars but on one of the two we purchased, the hot/cold indicator is crooked. The other one is fine. I pay attention to details and it bugs me.

I just had my new sink and faucet installed. I’ve never had a black faucet but love the look in our bathroom! The sink has a veined pattern that reflects the light nicely. The specs provided were accurate so installation was straightforward.

This brand has amazing quality in faucets - like nothing I’ve seen before! All the fittings were substantial and worked, fit and finish is incredible, down to the packaging, which was like opening an Apple product all in cased in foam!!! Will definitely buy again from this company on next house soon!

I bought 3 of the faucets to go in our mountain house in NC. They look perfect in each bathroom. They are heavy weight, well made, and easy to install. One thing to to consider is the fitting size of the hoses to the hot/cold water hookup. We had to buy an adapter to convert the size.

I just love the sleek look and ease of use. Perfect for my vessel sink.

I paired the black vigo faucet with the black glass vigo vessel sink and a black counter top. It is the showpiece of the whole house.

We did a lot of research when remodeling our half bath. We kept coming back to Vigo for the style and great reviews. We have not been disappointed at all. It is beautiful, and works great. You may notice in the pic that we paired it up up a Vigo pop up drain, that also works great. Easy to install, and works like a charm. Very happy!

Looked beautiful for the first 6 months...but has steadily lost it's color and is peeling off!

We bought two of these to start with. We had them installed by a professional plumber into our brand new home that was under construction still. About a month after being installed, my husband went into the house only to find that one of the faucets had spring a leak in the valve and leaked all over our brand new bathroom and even into the bedroom... We had carpet being installed 2 days from the point we found the leak so had to do a bunch of flood cleanup just to be ready for the carpet to be installed. Then, when we took it back to the store, because it had been more than 90 days since our purchase and it was an online only product, all they would do was give us our money back and tell us to re order a new one online... :-( Well we bought it when it was on sale and the overall price increased as well. The lady at CS told me to call the online store and deal with them, so I did. After explaining my problem, she helped me to order the new one and gave me the 20% discount, however, that was on the higher price, so in the end it was a LOT of trouble and a pain in the back to deal with even having to replace it and I still had to pay more for the replacement and had to wait for it to be delivered and then drive 60 miles to go and pick up the replacement, not to mention the 60 miles to return the other one. This faucet ended up costing us way more than it's worth. Not really happy with the whole experience. And no compensation whatsoever for a product that actually damaged property because of defects.

We bought it from lowes.com. The oil rubbed color was not what we were expecting but it contrasts nicely with the granite. I think the antique bronze finish is more similar to most other manufacturers oil rubbed bronze. I haven't used it much yet so I can't speak to that aspect.

Like the bronze look of these faucets, bought two, and the instructions were good except needed to go back to web to find out what diameter hole should be, to drill in my solid wood top. Made note that it's 1 and 3/8 inch hole. Should be noted on instructions which they did note that the top should no thicker than 1.5 max but we could use on our top that is 1 3/4 inches thick. Otherwise really nice construction and comes with flexible hoses, easy to install.

Purchased 2 of these (on sale for $89/ea.) for my guest bath & the quality is excellent (wish the color could be darker like oil rubbed bronze, this is more on the brown side). I had a friend install it & he said it was a breeze. I like that it has the hot/cold labels right on the faucets. It does not spill all over my sink like my other vessel faucets do. You will not be disappointed with this faucet, I highly recommend it.

Lovely faucet, however could not get the pop up drain would not work with our sink, kept leaking

I waited to make sure all was well after using for awhile. Love my faucet & sink but the faucet lost its precise shut off in 3mo. Filled out the warranty so hopefully will be addressed quickly.

Easy to assemble and cleared bowl sink without difficulty. Great finish!
