The Mfg install instructions are in pictures with absolutely NO accompanying text & no "trouble shooting" problem suggestions. You guess or wait to call Velux customer service while you're 15 feet in the air with the phone, your tools & their menu problem list. Then, when customer service doesn't quite get your problem, they set you up with an emailed form info to Velux which requires a substantial credit card authorization to send a tech out. I know their products are top rated, but this product I would never consider purchasing again.

Product worked fine. The instructions are a bit sketchy in details and could use some written descriptions rather than just pictures.
