Good product. Only issue is colder climate areas creates condensation. Velux just says tape them. I would highly recommend wrapping them with a R-13 or higher in the northern areas.

Easy to install and provides great light. Needed to connect with ten feet of tunnel extension. Got this and another 4 ft section. My wife keeps trying to turn off the light.

Haven't yet installed this rigid tunnel--it looks fine but is very thin--guess that won't matter since it won't be seen!!

The thin nature of the rigid tunnel makes it easier for the installer to work with when forming the tunnels during installation, and with the rigid tunnels having a 99.99% silver reflective layer that offers a 20-year warranty; you're right, it won't matter!

Nice product, works well, reasonably priced and fairly easy to install. The only downside was that it comes in three 2 ft. pieces instead of one 6 ft. piece, which means there is more taping to do when installing.

Did not realize it would be 3 2foot sections that had to be put together. The instructions could have been a little more clear on assembly & installation. (I/E clips can be inserted from inside & pulled to outside to prevent having to "squeeze" clips together. Also, you ca "pre-assemble" the lengths to get close to desired lengths.
Overall the addition of tubular sky lights help immensely in lighting of interior spaces.
