Picked up in store. Very well packaged. No dings or dents. Wife is happy so all is good. Drawers are a little stiff but I imagine that will go away

I was extremely happy with the way it looked. And I still like the look, but the quality is a total disaster. And its not for its chipping away problem. Hard to believe, but two years later the sink simply detached from the top. There were no screws or anything to hold it in place, just some glue. Shame on you. So what do we do now? The warranty is of course just 12 months. I would rename this brand to SinkHole.

I purchased this product at Home Depot and was told it was gonna take 5 to 7 days to come in. It took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. When I went to pick it up I noticed the box was opened so I asked the Home Depot rep to open it and let’s check for damages. He told me he cannot open it but if there is a problem just bring it back and they will expedite a new one for me. I went to the job site with my guy to install the vanity and lo and behold the countertop was cracked so I went back to Home Depot to return it and they told me that it’s going to take another two weeks to come in. I was angry because it cost me $575 to have my worker go to the house to install the vanity. So far I’m out $575.00 I ordered the vanity again and waited 2 1/2 weeks again. Finally comes in and there was a hole in the bottom of the box and I told them I hope it’s not damaged. Once again we drove to the job site proceeded to open the box and we found a damaged foot in the front of the cabinet it was cracked and the nails were sticking out. So why said I am not going to re-order this cabinet and I had to fix it on the job site. I am never going to order another vanity from Home Depot ever again I’m a busy contractor who gives Home Depot a lot of money and I never get any discounts nor do I get any 10% off coupons like they always promise me. This is my worst purchase experience on the Home Depot. I received this sink yesterday， however, the leg was broken when I unpacked the box. I am not sure if it has already been broken during the delivery or a quality issue. I have tried contacting with the customer service of Simpli Home as it says one-year warranty. Up to this point, i have not got any response back yet. 500 dollars plus two-week waiting for the delivery, i feel very disappointed about this product. Please avoid their products!

The first order had a chip at the bottom of the vanity which was really disappointing, but I called the 800 # and the agent was excellent. She had someone come out and pick up the vanity within 2 days and I reordered the same vanity. The agent added extra padding to make sure the 2nd one to avoid any damages. They also gave me a discount and it was without me even asking for it for the inconvenience. The vanity looks great and was delivered before the est. time which was great and no damage this time.

Bought this vanity a few years ago for a bathroom reno. Like another review that included a picture, the sink came apart from countertop and is sunk in. Now we have to replace all this. For the money spent, I thought it would be better quality. Do not buy this vanity!

Perfect size for our small half bathroom. Our contractor has to make a bigger cut out in the back to fit our plumbing, but we had no other issues. The no-slam doors are a nice touch.

We have been really disappointed with this vanity sink. The veneer is chipping off in multiple places and the sink has detached from the vanity top. Not worth the $500 at all.

Love our new vanity! Very good quality, very sturdy. Soft close doors and drawers are nice. The height is great. The simple design looks great in our space. It is slightly "off-white" but not as dark as it appears in the photo. The sink top is bright white so it does show water marks but looks beautiful when wiped clean. We are pleased.

Ordered these @ the store, upon delivery they were damaged. The sinks were cracked & a forklift had damaged one. They had tried to repair the cracked sinks & it was the worse. They were returned.

beautiful well made vanity but a little tall for me, I was so afraid it would come broken/cracked (as others stated on their reviews) but it was in perfect shape. I just wish they made a wall cabinet, having a hard time Matching one.... thanks HD

The vanity is nice. The doors are soft close and work well. The drawers however are difficult to close and are not soft touch

Love the look of the vanity and the combination of drawers and cabinet. My only issue is the doors don't meet up when they are shut, one is higher then the other but other then that, I am pleased

Why are the drawer slides not self soft closing when the doors are???? a bit dissapointing

Can not rate because product arrived with broken vanity top. Because I had a contractor remodeling my bathroom I couldn't wait for a replacement. I liked what I saw, very disappointed. Home Depot staff was very helpful in finding a replacement vanity which turned was cheaper and even gave me a discount for my inconvenience.

For the money that they charge for this vanity, I was expecting good workmanship. This was not the case. The sink was glued on crooked in relation to the holes for the faucet. The doors of the cabinet do not close properly. Also, the two top drawers on the side are false. If you are going to spend this kind of money, buy something else.

Loved the vanity, however dusty fingerprints were imbedded in the finish so I had to return it. Waiting for number 2 to arrive .

Just finished a full remodel on our small downstairs bathroom. We needed a vanity that was 24 inches or less and found this one (along with the matching mirror) at Home Depot. It's beautiful & well made - very solid, love the soft close doors & adjustable shelf. The only thing we changed were the chrome pulls, which we replaced with Oil Rubbed Bronze pulls from San Diego Hardware.

Marble sink was shattered when we opened the box. We called to report this and were given a credit for the cost of a new sink. This worked out well for us as we were leaving for vacation and anxious to get our bathroom finished. The new cabinet looks great and we were able to get a new sink that worked well.

The other reviewer said it was "a bit heavy" to get upstairs. It is 230 lbs. My husband and son -both very strong- could not get it up. We had to hire professional movers. So be prepared to pay an extra few hundred dollars if it's going upstairs. It is well made, that's for sure.

This vanity is very cheaply made and is mostly pressed board with some solid wood framing. I know this because the first one arrived with the box intact but was completely crushed in on the front exposing the pressed board. I had to reorder the same item and pay for it before I could get a replacement. It took forever and home deport had no mechanism to speed it up. The entire project was held up waiting for this vanity. It did arrive intact and the local store accepted delivery so that we could get it faster, but hindsight being 20/20 I wish that I had ordered a different vanity to replace the damaged one. It's just very cheaply made. The top and sink are nice.

Fantastic product. Was nervous ordering online but it is incredibly sturdy and looks great. We are very happy with it. The drawers are very solid. Some notes to help with installation: - depending on the exact placement of your hot/cold lines, you may need to jigsaw out a hole for some clearance from the divider between the main section and the right-hand drawers. - also depending on the height of your drain line, you may have difficulty using the provided shelf. If you can, I suggest supporting it up with some blocks and installing the shelf pins from underneath rather than trying to angle the shelf in to place. - plan your backsplash as the vanity may not be flush with the wall. The surface is tapered at the side and front edges so you may want to start the backsplash to be level with the bottom edge of the vanity top as opposed to the top edge. This can change the order you install it so be aware.

The vanity looks well made and certainly does not seem like a big box store item. The doors and handles are also great appearance and finish. The value for the price is great. The quartz top is very white and modern. If the soft glide drawers are a little tight, take them out and loosen the convergent ends. I would recommend this product, but don't expect a $3,000 vanity when you pay $700. This one holds its ground in a bathroom with other high end finishes.
