Door seems to appear cheap
We were not happy with the quality of the door at all. Would not buy this product again.

Quality control could use a boost
Doors don't seem bad overall, but they are not fully reversible, since the door handles don't operate properly when flipped. I purchased two of these doors, and one of them was packaged with the wrong latching hardware, necessitating follow-up phone calls and extra hassle to get the problem corrected. I would not have purchased this door if I had seen it in person beforehand.
