The installation was a little tricky but the door didn’t have anything to do with that. And the seal kit also posed a challenge but I love my door.

Door is heavy duty well constructed I also purchased the seal kit which is needed for threshold gap be sure to purchase correct door swing or handle will be high if you reverse the door at install.

Love my security door. I just got it install trough Home depot ( Kraft Wright LLC ). Toni ( the guy who did the installation ) was great. Friendly polite professional . He did amazing job from the install to the leaving the place clean..Toni Rocks

Door came bent so it doesn't close properly. Too hard to return due to one way screws.

I think this door is better than most doors that we looked at prior buying it. We looked at other establishments and Home Depot was the most reasonable with all that entailed including hardware and installation.

We bought our door over 18 years ago. We still have it and it is in excellent conditions. Keep in mind I live in Az where there is not much humidity. But it's a great door. I like the fact that you can see out but not in>

The door design is beautiful and the color (Navajo) matches my house perfectly! It was a bit tricky to install in the existing door frame. The real problem, however, is that once installed, bugs can come in through the bottom and top. I love to leave the main door open to get a nice breeze through the security door, but who wants the insects? When I purchased the door, there was no mention of a security door seal kit. I found it going through a Google search, and voila! there it was listed at Home Depot. I can't imagine not having the seal kit, so it really ought to be included with the door.

We love this door and have several compliments from family and friends who have already said they are going to purchase one. It doesn't look like your "normal" security door. It is a little difficult for one person to install (because of the door's sturdyness and weight).
