This door was a curbside pickup. How about the freaking door did not come with all of tbe parts (glass inserts). So many runarounds regarding this door. I just returned this heavyweight door back to Home Depot

The only issue I had was the door knobs selection. This door does not allow for keyless entry, or I was not able to locate one that would work on this door.

The almond isn’t almond, don’t be tricked. It’s cream. And, yes, there’s a difference. The first one came to HD with glass broken. But it’s shatter resistant glass. Seriously. The replacement screens are non refundable! You can’t buy one or two. You must buy the 3 piece set. Bad policy. You will need to remove FORTY screws to interchange the glass and screens if you’re seasonal like us. These aren’t the clips most other doors have. There are 40 screws! Inconvenient and impractical. There are NO pistons! This door has the potential to swing completely back and right smack into your house! Nothing will stop it! Customer service is NO service! Friday morning 10am, no answer although their message claims business hours starting at 6am. It’s now 230 pm and NO returned call. I would never recommend this door or company and it’s going back. If you need some screens....I’m stuck with them. My installer works for Pella, he had no install issues. Buy something else. Not worth it. I’m sure the manufacturer will scroll thru this review. Sadly

Very bad, spent some time on the phone with a rep with no luck. According to the the Q&A Unique Home Design states it does come with a door closer. It did not.

Nice security storm door. However, as indicated in another review, the description suggests this is a screen door with glass inserts. I brought this to Home Depot's attention when I picked up the door in July, but the message doesn't seem to have gotten through.

Home Depot's online parameters are not complete and DO NOT include the total size of the door with frame assembled so it didn't fit and had to be returned delaying my project by at least a month since I had to custom order a door that actually fits.

we are so pleased with the door, BUT the instructions STINK, they are very hard to understand, there is a piece that goes under both upright sides , well we did attach that before we installed the door what a mess, just try to remove one way lags , also there is no mention that to install is you must buy a special bit for one way screws that will add a extra 15,99 , and make sure that it is new and some has used it and returned it as we found out after we got home.,

I love the door but was not clear in the description about the screens. It says screen door and looks like the glass and screens are included in it and also in the video but they are not. The white one has screens and the black & white one has glass. Other than that I do love the door it is very sturdy and attractive. I did though order it for both security and screen door so I was somewhat disappointed.

Door was shipped at no cost to the local Home Depot outlet in a reasonable time frame. I didn't detect any structural defects and installation was relatively simple. It took two of us to get the job done. We just had to take time to measure and insure that the levels were straight and true. Door looks great on our front entrance.

I will admit that I did not install this myself. HD installation guy installed it in less than 3 hrs. Very solid, quiet, door. Well made and looks great.

The door is nice and looks to be of high quality. The only thing I had trouble with was installing the one-way screws. Don't bother buying the so-called tools for driving these screws. I just used vise grips until it's too close to the frame and then finish off using a good large flat screwdriver. I also drilled pilot holes slightly larger than the instructions, which made driving the screws in much easier.
