After reading the reviews, I went to Home Depot to see it. Very impressed with the quality of the door. Had a handyman install it and it’s great. Install went quick and fast. No problems.

The door is nice but , door fraame is not Squrity,scrow outside, any one can ope it, you should offer with glass to , ? $307 plus Tex ,, ? Home Depot normally, $200 you can get nice , I am not happy with door price and door

I love this door bought four of them.

Person installing door must have skills! There are many steps and may involve different shims, a lot of leveling. My husband does have these skills and it took several days to get the door completely installed. The door itself is beautiful, had all parts included as described, good instructions (the video instructions are great). The inclusion of the bit for the security screws is extremely helpful. The door is beautiful; if you don’t have the skills for installation, go with professional installation. Love it.

Very nice door, build exceptionally well! Had to read the instructions several times to follow the installation instructions. One small complaint there were not enough screws included to secure the screens to the doors. I believe there were roughly 8 and the screens were drilled for roughly 30 holes to mount. Overall, just buy it, house feels more secure when opening the front door.

very happy with the door--the only thing that I had a problem with was the 30 screws for the screen were missing. sent an email to them, & never got a response. had to go out & pick up the screws that I needed. not very good customer service in my opinion.

Easy to assemble beautifully door

Shipping was not within the given timeframe but the door is great, we love our new security screen door. Well built, smooth open/close and quiet.

Easy to install and comes with seals installed and includes threshold plate. Door is smooth and quiet. I am happy with it.

The panel was not very easy, holes had to be drill, the self drilling screws did not cut the metal. The one way bolts for the frame, needed special tool that was not included and I didn't have, unable to used them.

Nice door

The original order was completed incorrectly. The correct door was shipped but it included the wrong screen( had a flimsy black bug screen vice the Tan Perforated Aluminum screen). After going back to Home Depot and working with the Millwoods sales person, the customer service desk (the supervisor and 2 other personnel) and the manager, the problem got resolved. This was after the customer service desk supervisor made 2 calls to the Home Depot.com people and to Unique Home Designs. It all took about 2.5 hours before the problem got resolved and the they agreed to ship the correct screen. All in all, I am very happy with new security door.

I purchased this door quite a few years ago when living in my prior condominium. I paid to have it installed; while I'm pretty adept as a handyman I lacked the confidence to install a door. I lived in the condo' approximately 7 years and was very happy with how this security door performed. It is of very high quality and held up well over the 7 years. I also really liked the appearance/design of the door. I would definitely recommend this door to anyone looking for a HIGH QUALITY security door. Installed correctly, it would take a strongman like The Hulk to get into your home.

Door was great. Only complaint was that it was no available in stores, had to be special ordered. Worth the wait though.
