Even without putting up sheetrock, can notice the huge difference in sound dampening over the traditional fiberglass insulation I had before. It is tougher to cut through than fiberglass batting, but still pretty easy to install using scissors to cut in layers and just tearing off pieces. The pre-cut perforations are sometimes helpful. It is dusty, so would recommend wearing at least a mask. I also wore a hat and long sleeves and glasses when doing the ceiling. It is not itchy at all, just will cover everything with a blue dust.

Easy to Installed, solve the noise problem, easy to handle

I'm going to put it in all of the new projects to my home. Shipping was great they even called ahead for when it could be delivered.
