Outdoor shower floor
I used this product and the matching edge strips to create an outdoor shower floor. It worked perfectly and looks great. The neighbors are jealous! I would definitely recommend this product. PS - we live in Florida, so a poolside outdoor shower is a great thing for rinsing off before and after swimming.

New Deck Floor!
Very easy to install pieces, looks great too! It took perhaps 1 hour to install the flooring. All tiles clicked into place easily. I would recommend this product.

Look great
Got these after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures people had uploaded. I have to say it is very easy to snap together, I only had to do 80sq ft. The tiles were a bit darker than what is shown in the description photo. Maybe it's my monitor but I thought I was getting a redwood sort of coloring and instead got a chocolate color. Easy to wash off. My pictures show a bit of the white dust from the rocks I was putting in, but again it washed right off. Hasn't had a problem with any scratching.

Transformed our terrace!
So easy to install. My 71 year-old husband and I did it in no time at all. All of the tiles fit together perfectly. These tiles were recommended by a neighbor in our condo assn who has had them through two winters, last year was brutal. They still look like the day she put them in. Our terrace floor was cement with green slime. Now it is a pleasant place to sit.

Supplier was great
These things are great quality and value and look fantastic. But the best part of all was the supplier customer service - I ordered two boxes of these They came on one UPS tracking number, but only one box was delivered. HD said to give it a few more days but it became clear when UPS kept extending the estimated delivery day that the box had gone missing. Called HD and they spoke to the supplier. The supplier raised a claim with UPS and are dealing with them directly, but meanwhile sent me a replacement box with no quibble whatsoever that I received a few days later. Delighted with my patio and their customer service. Would highly recommend

Made in China
If you want a product whose tiles, when installed, have even spaces between them and whose "interlocking" device works all the time, this is NOT the product for you. I can only speak for the teak tiles I received, but each tile in 23 boxes did not line up properly when trying to click them together. In many cases, I had to force the tile one way or another to get the pieces to join. This was a result of the top deck pieces not being properly aligned with the plastic grid they're attached to resulting in some tiles not fully locking together causing the spacing between the tiles to be uneven. Also, I had a few tiles with surface damages or chipped ends. Other people love these deck tiles. Maybe I just received a bad batch. Nevertheless, I would not recommend these deck tiles to a perfectionist.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We reached out to the MFG to find out more information & below are the response from them. “I apologize for the troubles you are having with your deck tiles. In our factory we have a jig that lines up all the wood tiles before we screw it into the grid. The jig must have moved a bit and therefore causing you the problems. As far as the problem with the damaged deck tiles that came out of the box there is no excuse for that. We will replace those tiles and any other tiles that you are not happy with. Please give us a call at our toll free number 1 866 728 5273 and let us know what we can do to rectify this problem.“

Easy to Install shows dirt easily
These deck tiles are beautiful and are easy to install but they show dirt very easily and do not wash off in the rain. You will need to scrub them clean and with a dog that is constantly showing prints all over them it is up to you on how much of a neat freak you are. I installed about 250 square feet of the tile.

Dear Bill, We reached out to the MFG with your review and below is their response. "Thank you Bill for the review. We recommend using a hose and just hosing the tiles off. That should be strong enough to clean the tiles off without having to get on your hands and knees. Again thank you for using our product and the great review."

Looks great
I finished off our 200 square foot deck in just a couple of hours, it was so simple and fun to put together. I finished the edging with some rocks and also made a design in the middle using rocks too. The overall look is modern and sleek. Great product, will be easy to clean and only time will tell if they'll outlast our weather here in Canada.

Great item!
These tiles look very nice when installed; I have compliments every time guests come over and they see it the first time. Installation is a breeze, maintenance require only a broom or a hose. Just perfect!

      Deck Tile
Great product. Shipped fast, arrived in good condition. The tile was very easy to install, it simply snapped together with good precision. Cutting the tile was not difficult, I used a circular saw to trim mine. We now have a porch floor that looks great and is easy to maintain.

Amazing product - Not like real wood but whatever
First things first. This in no way feels like wood, it Kind of looks like wood... a little. But that's ok. It looks great, snaps into place and doesnt require any tools. I needed 6 boxes for my balcony and have gotten so many compliments on the transformation. I love hanging out there now. Recommended.

      Easy to Install
Very easy to install including when cutting is required. Just be aware of the screws and move them as needed. One suggestion to the manufacture is to add more screw holes so that parts that are cut can be reattached more conveniently.

      Easy for DYI
Purchased the tiles for a porch with a rubberized flat roof. Product was easy to work with, took about 8 hours including cutting of tiles, etc. for a 540 sq ft area. Product looks good - too early to tell how it will hold up with weather. Only caution is that we did not have free "home delivery". Because of the size of the delivery, the trucking company sent the product on a pallet with a 53' semi. The trucker was unable to deliver in a residential neighborhood so we ended up meeting the trucker at a nearby shopping mall and unloading the product into our pickup.

      Pretty Awesome Looking
The Ultra shield was easy to install. We did a 12'x12' enclosed patio. It turned out beautiful. Nice to walk on and everyone says, how great our project turned out. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is thinking of attempting a project.

Darker color than picture. Looks plastic
The color is darker than picture. It looks like Ipe color. I ordered Peruvian Teak. Some pieces, attachments ends, were broken off in shipment, not a sturdy shipping box. Looks plastic and slippery when walked on after rain. But I can live with it. It works for the height I needed to so the gate could open over it.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We would be happy to send you some replacements for the broken tiles that you received. We can also send a sample of the Ipe color as well so you can see which one you like. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of our product. If this product is too plastic looking for your taste, I might suggest you look at our new line of Naturale deck tiles. They look a lot more wood like. If you would like to do the above mentioned, you can give us a call any time our phone number is 1 866 728 5273 ask for Richard.

      Very Satisfied, except...
Overall, very satisfied with the product. Easy to install. Cuts were easy. Looks good. The only negative is the same thing another reviewer ran into. If you need to make a cut that leaves a relatively small part of the slat on the pieces where the slat runs parallel to the wall, there are no screws left to hold the slat to the bottom grid. I just used some exterior construction adhesive to glue the slat to what remained of the grid. So far, it's holding up

Seems to be a great product
I'm using this for an outdoor shower floor. It replaces some slatted wooden tiles which began to rot and come off from where they were attached after a couple years.. This looks like a perfect product for my purpose, but I won't know for a couple years to see how they hold up...

        A great improvement
We have a small rooftop above the kitchen with access from an upstairs bedroom. We enclosed the space with a railing and we had 2' square wooden tiles built for use to use as a 'floor' for this space. We took these up and replace them with these Peruvian Teak outdoor composite deck tiles. A great improvement! We got great help from store personnel when we went shopping for a solution. Although these were only available online, store personnel dug deep to help us determine what would be best. The deliver was very convenient: they called a few days ahead with the schedule, they were here at the exact time, the driver rolled the skid of boxes up the driveway. Like clockwork. The tiles snap together easily. You can also cut them if you have an odd-shaped space to fill. They are installed now, and they look great. Check out the video on the Home Depot web site to see what I have described. We are very pleased with every aspect of this small home improvement using Home Depot.

Nice looking, but a bad design flaw
I've just installed it, it looks real nice overall, and we'll see if it holds up over time. One really bad flaw, though - the screws on the bottom side of the tile (which hold the plastic grid - which is the part that interlocks to all the other tiles - to the tile itself) are not re-positionable. What this means is that when cutting a really small piece to fit around an obstruction on your porch or deck (such as a deck post, railing anchor, etc.), the tile may end up coming completely detached from the underside grid, depending on where the cut is in relation to where the underside screw(s) are located. In these situations, the sawing of the tile is extremely difficult, too, because the small piece want to flop around or chatter during the sawing.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We reached out to the MFG with your review and below is their response. "Response: Thank you for the purchase and the review, we appreciate you letting us know any problems that are occurring so we can remedy the problems. That is a problem that can occur depending on the shape of the area you are cutting for. A solution would be to find a good plastic to plastic adhesive to attach it back to the grid. Since this is only happening on small pieces it should hold fairly well. As far as the chattering that is happening we suggest that you clamp both sides of the deck tile if you are using a jig saw to cut the tile. This will prevent the chattering. If using a table saw, hold both sides down as you slide it across the blade to make sure that this doesn't happen. If you have any problems feel free to contact us at 1-866-728-5273"
