WORX TRIVAC VACUUM MULCHER WITH METAL IMPELLER
Quality would be rated excellent if the bag was built better and covered under warranty. Per other user reviews my wife double stitched the seams before first use. The unit gets heavy the more the bag fills, leading to back and neck stress. For the price, there is nothing on the market that comes close to this type of performance.

Trivac blower vacuum
It is a powerful vacuum and blower and is very easy to switch from one to the other but the bag is small and needs to be changed often which is not easy with the connector. It can be very difficult to remove the bag.

Excellent Product
This Trivac is lightweight and has better power than our other blower/vacuum. The only thing we did not like was the bag is smaller than our old blower/vacuum so it has to be emptied more often. We usually bag more than 25 bags of leaves (lots of trees) each year this year we dumped the mulched leaves in the garden. Great product, made sturdy and of excellent quality. Easy to put together and use. Favorite feature is the switch from blower to vacuum.

    So far so good!
We have an incredible amount of leaves. This Worx Trivac model 502.2 mulched dry and wet leaves very well. This model has the metal impeller. That is a must if you want a well functioning leaf vacuum that lasts.

      Good choice
It works well on leaves but you have to be careful to not vacuum up too many at a time it can clog up the end I am still very satisfied with the performance and my Wife likes it and she would just rake and bag in the past.

Best purchase to upgrade my old Worx Tri Vac
I have big oak leaves in my backyard which were clogging up my old Worx Tri Vac and I had to stop the machine and pull out the clog....also...small sticks were a problem clogging the machine as well. After purchasing my 2014 Worx Tri Vac I am delighted to report that I do not have any more clogging. The metal impeller along with a secondary metal impeller works great with grinding up the big oak leaves and eating up the poplar twigs that the machine sucks up. I use the blower option to free up leaves that are behind lawn furniture and then suck them up into nice mulch. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has to deal with big leaves.....

double duty but could be improved
Having the vacuum and blower on one tool makes it easy to switch back and forth easily but... it is a bit heavy and awkwardly big. It would help to have a small handle on the vacuum tube just to have to grab. It would help because even though it is 9 lbs it can feel heavier after an hour. Taking the bag off the attachment tube feels like a wrestling match and the on/off switch sticks.. It did mulch and condense a lot of leaves in the small bag. Great tool without fussing with changing tubes but switches stiff and stick.

When I have an extra hour to bag up a bag of leaves, I use this thing!
Seriously, I'm constantly having to push the leaves through the mouth of vacuum part. As far as hoovering up leaves go, I can recommend it for around the edges of the house or in basement window wells, or possibly to pick up that last dusting of the leaf pile after you've manually bagged the rest yourself. Otherwise, don't bother. As far as the blower part goes, there are better blowers on the market for around the same price. If it was just a blower I'd give it three stars, for, "meh."

      Awesome!
This machine is awesome! They only problem I have is (I am 68) the weight of the leaf bag and blower, mulcher/vac combined. Also the bag is a little cumbersome to empty. Next year I will purchase the universal lid that fits on a 33 gallon container. I have a shade garden with one large tree with large leaves and this makes it possible to remove the leaves without taking the mulch with it. I also use it in the landscaping around the house where leaves blow into the mulched areas. We have several trees next door where the leaves fall in our yard or are blown there and I am looking forward to using to keep the leaves picked up.

      Bag is cheap
Had the blower 1 mo used 3 times and the seam of the bag started coming apart allowing debris to blow out of the bag. Placed an old Toro bag onto it and discovered that the power of picking up leaves was much better. Called customer service and warranty does not cover bag, however they did send us another one.

Worth the money; delivers as advertised
Everything I read was spot on. Not so great with wet leaves, and not for huge yards. For dry leaves and small yards, this machine does a fine job. Especially if you have an issue with hauling away bags of leaves; this chops them up so the volume you have to haul is significantly less (the major reason I purchased). I do wish the bag was a little larger, but they do make the attachment for a trash barrel that would solve that. I've used it twice and it worked very well to clean up a 10,000 SF yard that hadn't been raked out in a couple years. A total of about 10 hours, and it only jammed (sticks) 3 times; easy enough to clear them out. Used the blower just once, to clear the driveway, and it seemed to work well. All-in-all, a very nice machine; worth the money. Don't have many hours on it to comment on longevity (time will tell).

      Not Very Good
I have had similar products from other manufactures. This is a VERY POOR BLOWER and a POOR vac. The performance does not live up to the specifications.
