It's a very unreliable cooler. The unit shuts down on its own randomly. Manufacturer is aware of the problem, they sent me two replacement circuit boards, first replaced board worked fine for a week and it started shutting down just like the original one. Second board was replaced few days ago, this one has glitches as well, but so far the unit is still running. I absolutely have no faith in this brand, if it fails once again Home Depot will have to come pick up this 350lb junk!!!!

Delivery was fast and the credenza looks really nice. The cabinet is constructed with high quality veneers. Unfortunately, the unit was inoperable when it arrived due to a bad mother board. Wine Enthusiast admitted that it knew it was shipping defective units due to a bad batch of mother boards. It simply decided to ship out the units and later fix the problems. After 10 days the unit is now running. Keeping fingers crossed that there will not be more problems.

The product looks very nice but it has it's issues. The motors run all the time and the shelves are to close together for the larger bottles. If we have to take shelves out to fit the larger bottles the defeats the purpose of the larger cellar. when I picked it up at Home Depot the sales person that helped me notice a large hole in the box. It appears that a fork lift had run onto the back of it damaging 2 of the refrigeration panels next to the fans. there was also a dent inside of one the cellars at the bottom and there is wood damager in seven different places. Needless to say we were not happy about it. We are now waiting for the replacement that is on back order until June and who knows what this one is going to look like.

We needed a storage unit that could hold both beer and wine. This was perfect. We removed 3-4 of the racks in each unit so beer could be stored upright and wine bottles on their side. We have approximately 100 bottles stored in the 3 units. The unit is very heavy. Make sure you have lots of assistance to move it. It takes more than 1 person.

Searched for the product online. Home Depot had the best price and the lowest delivery charge. It is a sold piece of furniture. The deliver was an issue. It was dropped on our front walk, Had to come up three stairs. Took six men to move it into place. Make sure you have some muscle to help you when it arrived.

Product came in with wood lines uneven on both sides of the product. In addition, the doors had been installed incorrectly as there was a gap of 1/4 inch at the bottom of the door and at the top there was no gap...
