Delivered on time, easy to assemble, easy to follow instructions and all the hardware was there, except for the hanging hooks, which was mentioned. It looks great and will last a long time

This swing rocks the front porch! We ordered some heavy duty hardware online to secure it. The swing is just as I had pictured it would be. Wonderful!!

I have been looking for a well made Trex porch swing for years. When this one came down in price I jumped at the purchase. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Ours is hung from a tree limb thus the need for a Trex bench. It draws you in for a quiet sit while listening to the creek and enjoying the fruits of our labor.

I ordered and received the swing with no issues. I assembled and hung the swing as per the instructions. I sat on the swing and started swinging and immediately all of the slats on the back rest started falling off. Upon further inspection the slats were cut too short and would fall out anytime weight was put on the swing. I weigh 165lbs. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they were having problems with the slats being too short and would send me a new back rest, but did not offer me any discount for my troubles. There were also scruff marks on the material in multiple spots and the edges where the material was cut was not cleaned up very well. Needless to say this will be the last item I puchase from this manufacturer.

This is a great swing (and for $500+, it better be!). The assembly is pretty easy, the whole thing feels really solid, and it looks great. I like that it can seat three instead of two. I don't imagine I will need to replace it for the next twenty five years or so.

I bought the swing a couple of months ago, put it together in a few minutes, and hung it and was swinging in it all within an hour. Great quality, you have to look twice to tell it's not wood. Wish I had bought it years before.

I bought this swing because it is maintenance free. It is supposed to last a very long time. It does seem sturdy as well. We are very pleased.

Happy, happy, happy with our new Trex Yacht Club swing! We replaced a barely-4 year old wooden one that we'd had to paint black (it started to peel after Year One) and repair (the seat back slats begin to break apart after Year 3). No more painting! No more worrying about splinters, etc.! The Trex swing is HEAVY DUTY, stays cool to the touch even in the afternoon sun, and is shaped for comfort and support. The whole family loves it, as you can see in the pic!! BTW, it was a lot easier to assemble than we'd imagined...just follow the instructions, and you'll be swinging in no time!Just wish we had more hours in the day to enjoy our new Trex swing!

When we first picked up this swing we were a little disappointed because the indentations & holes didn't match up for the screws. We thought maybe it had just expanded from being out in the heat so we put it on our basement for a couple days to cool it down. We tried once again but again the holes didn't match up. We called Home Depot customer service, explained what was wrong, and they were super helpful & friendly!! The lady got another swing shipped out that day to our local store and gave us a discount for our troubles. It took about another week but we were able to exchange swings no problem! We now have the swing hung and it makes our porch complete! We have had lots of compliments and everyone has been asking where we bought it! ;). I had to purchase the cushion separately as Home Depot doesn't sell these.

Seriously Home Depot?!? This was never delivered, just shipped and then turned around during shipping and returned. No notification or explanation. I had to track and investigate myself and then contact HD to request a refund. Now you are asking me to review it?!? Unbelievable.

Easy to assemble. Heavy so will need help hanging but this swing looks like it will last a very long time. Love it

Excellent product

LOVE IT! So pleased with this swing. Color & quality are perfect! Was easy to assemble, went together in no time. (2 senior citizens doing the job) Only issue was missing TREX emblem. Customer service provided that promptly. Plan to add more pieces soon.

Absolutely Love the Trex swing. Easy assemble, sturdy, beautiful design, and most importantly extremely comfortably designed.

I would give a 4 star rating if the QC would have been better.I had to redrill (3) of the holes that were out of alignment with the cross braces. The screws were through and missing the seating braces completely.Otherwise the swing is really nice and comfortable.

I love this swing. It doesn't get too hot and will never need to be painted.

That’s quacktastic!

I love that I won't ever have to paint this swing. It's worth the extra cost over wooden versions. It looks good and functions just well. It is heavy but solid. We had to buy additional hardware to hang from the rafters on our front porch.Now that it's hanging, It's a great swing.

The holes didn’t line up perfectly for assembly - I had to drill one hole. Overall, good quality. Hope to have it hung soon.
