Bought this to lay over cement floor covered by old commercial ,glued down tile. We used a good, moisture repelling underpayment. The installation was fairly seamless for a couple of DIYers and the results are everything we expected. I use the room for a home office and I am very happy with the overall appearance and the quality of the product for the price paid is excellent.
