The floor looks great, but it has a thin clear overlay cover which is vulnerable to scratches. Many of the seams keep popping up as though the adhesive isn't strong enough. We did install in a heated building and did us the 100 lb roller as instructed. I can't recommend this product based on my experience and at $3 per square foot it's expensive.

disappointed
We did a 36 x 70 room in this material. We liked the idea that if one got damaged we could heat up the glue joints and replace it. It has been several weeks and some of the planks are not lying down well since it is a floating floor. I was also disappointed in the variation in the coloring. It is made almost to look like 12" x 12" individual tiles but you cannot tell that until you lay it down and step back and take a look. We expected a completely uniform look.
