Everything about the rail was fine but how HD store them make sure you buy touch up paint.

NO! This product did not work for me. At no time was it recommended to buy connectors. Was unable to assemble , had to return it! Railing cane with damage.

after bending the rail to the right angle the twist bars would not stay in shape and would become wobbly. also had to redrill bottom holes on the post to fit bottom rail.

The railing was easy to install, and study.

The product works just fine. I wasn't pleased all the components were sold separately and nowhere (store or site) did they tell you or give the impression that they weren't complete prior to purchase

Easy to assemble

Put a new railing on cement steps in front of house. Looks more expensive than it is and really dresses up the house. As long as you have a great handy person (or construction pro) to do it, you are all set. Parts had to be measured accurately to put together the rails, posts, flanges and connectors.

Haven't installed my railing yet but it looks good and will enhance by front porch.

The product when packed for shipping was scratched in several places

This is a light duty railing and meets the needs for a decorative addition to a porch or deck. The design is constructed in a non symmetrical way, that is, the spacing at the ends is not the same and the top rail is about a half inch off from the starting point on the bottom rail and it will appear to have a diagonal slant if mounted as shipped. Also, with the spacing on the end uprights being unequal, be aware to measure before cutting and you may have to cut both ends to obtain the correct clearance allowing the brackets to fit the rails between the uprights and making the appearance acceptable. I had to cut both ends to correct this. I am content with the installed product as it adds a much needed feature to an otherwise bare looking entry.

Spindle welds broke while bending rails to desired angle, would not recommend this product.

Fragile, directions are Non existent. They fail to inform you that the flanges won't take a socket if you want to use lags, no room to fit, the rail is flimsy and fragile with stickers all over it. After dealing with all the hiccups it looks decent but overall just a cheap product that is way to hard to order at "select stores" than it's worth. Spend money and get something decent.

Great product but not available in all stores. Had to order online. Easy install without too much experience. Looks great! Would recomend
