The lamp was easy to install. However, it should be recommended at the time of purchase, to buy extra gold links to cover wiring so you can swag the lamp over the area installed. The lamp looks great in the area we installed it, but he quality of the lamp itself is below average. The tiffany lamp has rough edges where the corners meet, and some of the edges are not properly aligned to make a nice beveled look. We are keeping the lamp because my husband is a Chicago Blackhawk fanatic. Otherwise, I would return it.
