Instructions so tiny you cannot read them. NO website to view instructions and enlarge them. Screws don't fit holes don't fit washers don't fit nuts......... No up or down (this side up, etc) on swivel mechanism. Foot rings almost impossible to shimmy in place, difficult to align holes. Parts not clearly labeled (no matching guidelines). Over all a disaster!! It took hours and hours to put together. I already reported my shopping experience with your store (NOT good).

It was a bit tricky to put it together but patience won out. It's a nice stool for a fair price. Two people would be an appropriate number to get this stool together.

Nope. Spent 30 minutes to put together, only to have it wabbly and bumping back and forth when I finished. Followed the directions and everything. They're not "self-leveling" ends.

Im only 150 lb. Just got in October. Now 1 leg is bent and a foot is broken off. Do you think anyone will help.

The chair was very easy to setup and very comfortable to sit on

Good quality Stool.

Everything assembled fairly smoothly. You DEFINITELY need a power drill screw driver for the top ring. It was a little tricky to get the screws in on the top ring. All other screws were easy! The stool looks just like the picture and swivels well.

This is the 2nd review I’ve left in hopes of getting help. We love the stool but can’t assemble it because 1/2 the parts are missing. Help, please!

Very easy to assemble. Looks great and it's very durable. We purchased 4 of them more than a year ago and they look still great! Very reasonable price too.

Easy to assemble. A little taller than expected. Comfortable

I've been looking for a good sturdy stool for my workshop and found this one at the Home Depot web site. It is easy to assemble, very sturdy and quite comfortable. It is just a little tall for my 36" tall workbench but works well nonetheless. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend to those looking for a good quality stool. As a bonus it comes in several colors and patterns to fit your taste.

Assembly was fast & simple. Product was very solid. The problem was when I sat down. The seat became flatter than a pancake! The material used was NOT a HIGH DENSITY foam. It was more like foam used for sofa pillows, SOFT. Needless to say my rear end was sitting on a HARD surface and that was not good or comfortable for any length of time. IF sitting on a Hard Surface with little padding is not a problem for anyone, then this is your go to Working Stool. Everything else about it was perfect. I had to Return it to my Home Depot Store and was helped, as always, Fast & Friendly by their associates. P.S. If the manufacturer would spend just a little more money for a GOOD, High Density Foam this would be the PERFECT Working Stool.

Stools look great and are easy to assemble. One arrived missing some of the hardware and when I called Customer Service, they shipped that out immediately.

The only problem I had was that the wrenches were not included. Had some though, so it wasn't a big issue... The big bonus is that it's made in the USA!
