I hate to blast a product, but while it looks nice, the design is poor. The is a hanging bracket that you install. The towel ring (and towel bar) slide on. The only thing holding this in place is gravity and it isn't a tight fit. There isn't a set screw to hold it in place. After wrestling with the towel bar, which fell off the wall, I tried the towel ring. I bumped it, fell off and shattered. I returned the rest of the set.Too bad because it looks nice.

Easy to install.

Easy to install. Hard to find. I bought two so I could have a spare. I have 3 others already in use in the bathroom so I needed one to match. Downside is it slides onto the mounting bracket so I accidentally knocked one off and it broke.

Towel ring was what I wanted. Install was fairly simple, but doesn't fit tightly against the wall. Took some financing to get it done. But it looks great.

The metal bracket attached to the wall will not go into the slot in the ceramic. This is the same problem I had with the right mount of the TP holder. It must be a redesign after the complaints about the slot being too loose a few years back. Useless.

We purchased 4. One did not come with the mounting hardware. We will have to make an extra trip back to return.

The flange that the base of the ring is supposed to slide on to was too large so that it didn't fit on the base of the ring. The screws bent when trying to mount into the drywall anchors. Quality was so poor it was comical. I tossed in the trash and will find a better brand.

Really like the wall attachment; not thrilled with the loop. These are much better than the "brushed nickel" plastic stuff that I originally bought.

The hardware for mounting was too big for the directed drill size. The screw mounts for drywall bent when trying to insert them. The wood anchors did poorly and enlarged the drywall holes to the point they had to be abandoned and filled in. The mounting bracket, while workable, seemed to be in an upside down position. Very confusing. The directions were poorly written.

Exactly what I was looking for. Plus...easy to install!

The ring just slides on to a base- just ripping the towel out of the rack could cause it to come off the slide.

One of the stranger mounting configs I've seen. the round base of the holder is ceramic and the wall mount is a small metal flange which slips into a slot formed int he ceramic back. 1. I don't expect the ceramic to hold up very long -- thin ceramic backing is all that holds it to wall 2. it doesn't mount flush to wall-- even "dimpling" the wall mount doesn't pull it in enough to get a good tight to wall flush mount. Sorry. Not recommended.

This towel ring works great and looks great. I love it.

This towel ring was passed by mfg. quality control. Should have been rejected. The ring is not or I should say, will not be parallel to wall when mounted. Am returning to store.

My husband installed one of these towel rings in my bathroom almost 4 years ago. Initially, the ceramic portion did not fit securely on the bracket and would have easily come off the wall when removing a towel. He used a shim to take up some of the slack, and it has worked like a charm ever since. I cannot remember if he used a piece of cardboard or a thin piece of wood. A dab of waterproof adhesive would probably work too. I love the look of this product on my wall, and it holds up well in a damp environment. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we had to do the adjustments to make it work perfectly.

Attractive with sturdy, solid wall mount, and very easy to install. Good value for the price and very happy with this product.

It came with everything I needed to install it including the molly screws. It was just what I wanted at a good price.

The towel ring looks great in the updated bathroom. Looks can be deceiving, however. While installation is relatively simple (just mounting a simple bracket to the wall) I discovered that the ring assembly was very loose when hung on the bracket. I was worried that it might easily come off and fall to the floor, so I added thin strips of tape to the bracket "wings" in order to more tightly hold the ring. If it wasn't for the loose mount, I'd give this ring a 5.
