We recommend you contact our customer support team with your battery model and serial number for more assistance. Should it be a hardware issue, we recommend you either take the charger back if it is still able to be exchanged or take it to an authorized service dealer for a physical inspection. They can determine the cause and if there is a manufacturing defect, repair/replace the part under the 1-year warranty.
