The mower is backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects by Toro. See a local Toro dealer to have it looked at for product warranty. Dealers can be found at Toro.com/dealer

I ordered a replacement rear wheel and that's what I received. Plain and simple. The product didn't take that long to reach me and the cost was average. I appreciated the sales people and the manager that helped me with my order - they were awesome!
