A little disapointed
Light fixture was good looking and was what we were looking for. The problem was the shades were either chipped or had bubbles in the glass. We took the shades back to our local store to see about replacements since we liked the fixture. The salesperson was very helpful but replacement shades were not available. He tried to substitute with shades from other light fixtures and they all had defects, bubbles in the glass. He opened 4 boxes with the same result. Apparently having bubbles in the glass is normal. At $118 I don't think so! We went to Lowes and got same style shades with no bubbles!

I am sorry you received defective shades. Please know that the shades that were given as a substitution were not our items. You should have been directed to contact us directly. My company would have sent non defective shades at no cost. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and while we do have quality assurance checks, sometimes an item gets by.
