I love the looks of this product however I ordered it and when it came it was missing the part shown on the schematic that secures the shade to the lamp arm. This may be because the shade and lamp arm are packaged as seperate products. I took the lamp back and they simply reordered it for me. Upon arrival I unpacked the item at the store and once again this piece was missing. Obviously there is a problem with how this lamp is packaged and shipped. The part that secures the shade to the lamp arm should be included with either the arm or the shade and it is not. I would have liked to have had this lamp but due to these problems I cancelled the order as I don't have time to be running back and forth to the store only to experience the same problem over and over.
