I am 66 years old and along with the pollen and decline of vision; makes this the perfect tool.

This item works great right out of the box. Owners manual is very easy to understand. Easy to set up. Perfect product!

This display is easily read in any light, unlike the small caller id display on our phone. Now we can decide whether to take a call or not without dashing to the phone and groping for reading glasses & a light switch to find out if the caller is someone we know or just someone ignoring the "do not call" list! We're happy campers.

I like this caller ID unit for its large, well-lit display of both the name and phone number of who's calling, but this unit does not have the "call waiting" feature that my previous ID machine had, so I'm unable to tell who's calling while I'm on the phone. I do miss that feature and wish this unit had it, but I need the well-lit, large display feature that this Telnote unit offers more.

I purchased one of these units for the workshop years ago and it has performed flawlessly. I just purchased another one for the house. If you actually want to see the display from across the room this is the best and even though it is a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for.

Large character display helped my mom who has vision problems, see who is calling and decide whether to answer phone. Fortunately she answers my calls.

Very readable display. Works just the way it should. Seems to be sturdy and well-built. My only criticism is that it's way too expensive.

Love the large display, and light feature.Makes it easy to see all calls. I connected it in-line with my answering machine. Now, I can turn-on answering machine or turn-off machine when receiving robocalls.

This caller ID is big enough to see across the room. We love it!

I bought 4 BLUE TELNOTE CID Displays. After about one and a half years the LED are starting to burn out on (3) of the units. Tried to order New ones, the Web page does NOT offer the BLUE one now. BLUE is Much better than the Red display. I tried e-mailing them, NO Response When they were working properly, they were Great, except I wish there was a (3) LINE Display. TIME, DATE, NAME, and NUMBER. Had another brand that displayed Everything on the same screen. Real easy to use. They are no longer available. It is quite a hastle to keep scrolling through the (3) displays, they also time out when you are trying to write down the number. They also do NOT work with Call Waiting, don't have a Voice Mail LED alert and are NOT wall mountable. They also need a better BRIGHTNESS Control. Too Bright at the lowest setting for a Bedroom or next to the TV. Aside from the quirks, I hope I can get some New BLUE ones and they will fix the Flaws.

This Caller ID display installs easily. It is easy to use, and easy to see from a distance. It just seems a touch on the expensive side.

We tried many caller IDs before settling on this one. It offers everything we were looking for. The bright red numbers are visible from across the room. The display even shows call waiting numbers when you are on another call! Our only complaint is that it only has a 25 number capacity.

Large display is easy to read from across the room which eliminates the need to run to an individual phone to read a small display. This is my second unit. One for the 1st floor and another for upstairs.

Very easy to install and use. Display easy to use. Like the fact that you can dim or turn the display off and it turns itself back on when a call comes through.

I got this for my mother who has bad vision. The fact that she also has Alzhiemers makes this a useless tool since she can't remember what it's for. BUT, it is an excellent product. Easy to ready and well made for anyone who has difficulty reading a regular Caller ID.

For the price it is good, my time diplay not working half the time, I would pay more for the call waiting feature.

This particular Caller I.D was very easy to install. However I chose to use a "double" phone "plug" because I wanted the caller I.D. on MY side of the bed and the phone on my husband's side of the bed. This way I can see the Caller I.D. screen without getting up. The light on the screen is pretty and bright and the best part...NO BATTERIES needed. YAHOOOOO!!!

Most of the Caller ID displays that are available are LCD which is hard to see in low light. This one is LED and has large red letters and numbers that can be seen from across the room.

So far, this caller ID is perfect and does everything I hoped it would. I really like the big, bright letters and I am very happy with this purchase.

We liked it so much that we bought them for our sons' families for Christmas.

The display is easy to see and read. The caller id works. I wired it between the phone and the wall. The only improvement would be to add call waiting id.

This is a wonderful caller ID Display except for two very important features. One, it is NOT wall mountable, although I managed to mount it to the wall using L brackets and double stick tape (a wall mountable version is available for about $100) and it doesn't do call-waiting caller ID. Other than that, it works great and is clearly visible from across the room. This appears to be the only unit on the market with letters and numbers this large. I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in a great caller ID unit.

Really nice with clear read out. Can see it from across the room. Have it set up away from the phone where it is easy to see. Nice to have an accurate clock to view also. Had to order a second one for a friend.

The Telnote large caller ID display rocks! The red lettering is large and adjustable to be bright enough to be seen from as far as 15 feet away. Most of the robo calls we get are during dinner hours.. All we have to do is glance at the Telnote, determine the origin of the call, and if it's not someone we want to talk to, we leave the call to be picked up by our answering system. Awesome.

We purchased this for my elderly father, who frequently receives annoying calls from telemarketers & charities. The large number display helps him identify the caller & decide if he wants to answer or ignore. It was fairly fast & easy to set up & the price was reasonable.

since it's so large i put it on the dresser in the bedroom so when i get a call early in the morning i know right away weather i want to talk to that caller or not just by opening my eyes.
